I've been using Calido since 2017, but have always bought briquettes. However this time I bought a large crate of Ash logs with the 24 packs of briquettes.

I used some of the logs last night in my woodfired pizza oven and they were great. Low moisture content and burnt really well. Got the pizza oven up to temperature really quick.

Usual prompt delivery service too, with updates on the delivery time via email and text.

Calido are a first class company with top class products.

So I made a mistake inputting my prescription. My glasses were delivered and due to my mistake they were not right. The customer service team were great and the process to return the glasses was perfect. Once I had sent the prescription, which is the best thing to do, I received my correct glasses. Truly great experience and my thanks to all involved in getting me my glasses.
