Brilliant staff, so helpful and knowledgeable who don’t try to sell you the most expensive item in the shop but the one that really suits what you want. So much better to by preloved at a reasonable price. We always shop there and we are always completely satisfied.

This company sells some genuinely good clothes at reasonable prices of course a lot will not be to your taste but if you wade though the selection there is often something that will fit the bill! I like that they do not charge for delivery and although you have to pay for returns this is not a deal breaker for me although, of course, I wish I didn’t have to!

Helpful knowledgeable staff many useful items on sale and although not necessarily the cheapest version they are of excellent quality and should something fail to meet their standards they will replace or refund.i have been a customer for some time and I can’t see that changing in the future.

They would have got five stars but when we opened the parcel both can were dented and in a position where the dents couldn’t have happened in transit.

Apart from selling lovely products this company stands out for its wonderful customer service. I recently made a mistake on my order and one of their lovely customer service agents immediately rectified my problem. So impressive as the mistake was entirely of my making and so they were under no obligation to do what they did I have been a customer for a few years now and that will not be ending anytime soon!

Had a small problem with my account sent an email and received an answer the same day which resolved the problem, all companies should be like this!

I like that they don’t charge you to deliver(and deliveries are quite quick) or to exchange but only make a charge for a pre-paid return, which is, in my opinion quite reasonable. The quality of their clothes is generally quite good. I have used them before and doubtless will do so again.

An entirely new look at becoming slimmer. Great support team with videos daily emails and a lovely FB group. The company offers a very generous period of time to establish if it works for you. This is not a quick fix, one size fits all programme, some lose a lot of weight immediately others start slow but steady (wins the race) once you’ve paid your three monthly payments it’s your to keep forever. I recommend them.

Books in perfect condition, excellent value

I have purchased several times from them. They do not charge postage to send to you but if you need to return for a refund they charge 3GBP. Mostly your package arrives fairly quickly and if you are in a rush they will deliver next day for about 2BGP. Their quality seems good and they do refund without hassle.

Quality excellent customer services really helpful if you need them which mostly you don’t! Slightly pricey shipping but worth it in the end and when they have a sale go for it!

Great company! I ordered on one day and the next day it dropped through my letterbox, they had what I wanted and didn’t require me to buy it in a larger amount than I wanted unlike some ot the giant online retailers! Totally recommend.
