I have now used their services a couple of times and will certainly turn to them every time I need to send flowers. I especially like the thoughtfulness of letterbox flowers that means you don’t turn a lovely surprise into a dreadful nuisance for your recipients! Gorgeous arrangements, plenty of choice and reasonable prices, I recommend them.

I feel that their claim that you can get a refund for up to thirty days is simply not true. I tried two pairs of leggings and was pleased enough with them to order two more with this order I was encouraged to purchase two pairs of shorts which I was happy to do as I thought it meant that I could continue to get the benefits whilst wearing a dress. Sadly although the shorts fitted they also made quite a line round my leg just above the knee. I contacted the customer services to ask for a refund as per their advertisement and was told that it would be convenient to send me a larger size! A size wasn’t an issue and I believe that the only convenience would be on their part I queried this and am still waiting for an answer. Other people I believe have experienced this non response from customer services. Very poor and disappointing result

They are a reasonable replacement for apple photo books although, in my opinion not quite as good but very close. Their customer support team are excellent so if you encounter a problem they are quick to help you resolve it.they have recently updated their app so that uploading your finished book is now quite robust.
I have now used them four times and I think that is recommendation enough!

The matcha has a better flavour than others I have tried it does not taste like drinking a glass full of grass! Definitely an improvement, as to whether it works only time will tell.

Give their price points the clothes are reasonably well made, their delivery is very fast and efficient you do have to pay for returns but your money is refunded quickly. I have bought about half a dozen or morey items from them the one slight niggle is that they do not give a length and often as a 5 ft 6 inch woman if find that their midi sized skirts and dresses are more a maxi length on me,simply putting the length in the sizing I formation would be helpful.

Great company their hotels are always the ones you would have wanted to book the arrangements have always gone smoothly, we are about to rebook with them! The hotel on the latest trip was literally on the lakefront, the food was good and the staff always willing to help and give advice when needed.

I have bought a fair few items from them and generally they wash well and last well, their range is quite considerable so there is usually something that will appeal to you. They have a fair system they don’t charge for their 48 hour tracked delivery but do make a small charge if you return the item.

I like their clothes they are well made and stand up to washing very well and the winter clothes are excellent but paying for both delivery and returns can mean that that waste at least 7.00 if the item doesn’t fit or is not suitable for some reason and for an online clothes company I always find this a little strange and it doesn’t put me off trying something that I am uncertain about.

I have been a customer for some years now as I have family in the USA and find it a brilliant and easy way of staying in touch with them and sending thank you letter and cards to friends and family in the UK and Europe. I love that I can use my own images on the cards and customise the stamps!

If you know your colours this site is definitely worth checking and if you don’t they will help you to identify what colours work for you and what don’t.

Love the ease of this! Sending postcards has quite dropped out of fashion as who really wants to be bothered with finding stamps and postboxes when on holiday but now with a few clicks you can stay in touch and show off your amazing photographic skills! This app really makes it very easy.

You can always buy with confidence from them. The clothes are well made and last well through successive washes and on the rare occasions you need to return something a refund is issued promptly.
