Bike was great then the eshifter broke. Can't buy a new one can't find anyone to service or fix the bike within a reasonable distance. Customer services answer you but just seem to shrug their shoulders. So you pay £2k for a bike which after 2000 miles can't really be used anymore. I recommend buying a bike from a manufacturer which uses standard parts so any bike shop will fix it.
Spam you forever. Make it difficult to completely unsubscribe or delete your account. I eventually changed all my contact details to random stuff as a last attempt to stop them
In reply to your post, your emails should just have an unsubscribe link. I logged in and unsubscribed but I was still getting my John Lewis spam with further stupid instructions on how to stop it. I just changed all my Comms details so your user database now has an additional corrupt entry. Sigh

Price shown when adding to basket about half the actual price once you've added to it and then there is postage. Sigh why would you operate like this it's like you've enschittified the process before you've got the buyin.
Two recent experiences mean I'll never deal with this company again.
On my last order of mounjaro. Something went wrong with the payment process and I was charged twice. I tried to contact them but they ignored me. Did not answer the phone. I was able to confirm via the payment processor that they had recorded two payments against the same order but despite the payment processor and myself again trying to contact them they still ignored. In fact they never acknowledged or apologised for this. Eventually I had to initiate a chargeback via my bank for one of the payments. As soon as I did this they refunded. They at no point contacted me about this. They did send the order though.
On my next order they seemed to be encouraging people to switch to wegovy because of the price increase. Took my money then rejected my order because my bmi is too low (of course it is low because I've lost weight with mounjaro) I asked for a copy of my prescription so I could choose a different supplier but they refused to do this.
Use this seller if you like brusque automated or no customer service
£91/month vs £38 /month for other suppliers trying to cancel was a battle kept getting transferred between people in retention and put on hold. No cancellation option online. Sigh just don't do business with these people.
Just to follow up with a bit of extra regarding cancelling. After cancelling they wanted their equipment (router) back. They wanted me to package it up and take it to a delivery shop for free. I tried to contact them to tell them that I don't work for free but emails bounce back. As I wanted a transcript of any conversations I tried chat but got nowhere with them. So I waited. They then tried to charge me for the equipment £65 for a three year old router/cable modem - right. Luckily I'd cancelled my payment method otherwise i've no doubt they would have taken a payment. Eventually I sent an email to the ceo explaining my position and that they'd need to collect the equipment. I heard nothing for a couple weeks and that had obviously got the case treated as a complaint. They answered my complaint with another request to return the equipment but when I replied to that again saying I don't work for free they decided I didn't need to return it and they don't want it back after all and don't want to charge me £65. Although the information was buried in a load of hard to read text in their replies.
As I said before I'm in my 50s and have dealt with telewest and subsequently virgin a few times when I've had no choice and on every occasion they have been absolutely terrible at customer service. Nothing has changed since I first had an account with them in the late 90s as telewest.
Now BT is rolling out fibre to the door I suspect virgin media's days are numbered as an ISP at least.

Second renewal and they increase my home insurance premium by 62%. No claims no change in risk. A quick search shows that I can get cover 30% less than their renewal quote. No doubt if I speak to them they will come up with a lower quote but why would I when they couldn't give me that lower quote in the first place. Typical behaviour for insurance companies, I know but I expected better from Saga but it seems they like to take advantage of people who don't check like every other company

Ordered a charger for an S3 on 19 December. Received a shipping notification on 31 December (no problem wasn't expecting fast deliveries around Christmas. But it's now 12 January and the tracking still says Evri haven't received the parcel yet. So presumably stuck at a warehouse (or maybe there is just a shipping label waiting for a parcel?). Emailed customer support but so far no response. Guess I'll give it another week before starting the chargeback process.
Update on the 19th January I was able to start the chargeback process with my bank. The following day moofmender emailed me (they had ignored all emails up until then) and said they had shipped (they actually said reshipped even though the carrier never received the initial parcel from them according to their tracking) and the item arrived on 23 January. So perservere if you haven't had your delivery and don't hesitate to use your bank to force them and you might get your delivery. I wouldn't buy from them again though as it's not worth the hassle. Cost both me and my bank time and money to chase.
Normally everything is fine but for some reason not today. I bought an electrical item in the UK from them a few months ago. They are recorded as the seller on the order. The item has gone faulty. I went to the website and it says the returns window has closed. I contacted their chat service and the first one ended the conversation when I asked for a refund (claimed that Amazon systems were down). Someone else came on and told me the return window has closed and tried to refer me to the manufacturer. But the return window is Amazons T&C's it is overridden by the UK and my contract is with the retailer (Amazon) and not with the manufacturer. Basically the "Consumer Rights Act 2015" gives me a right to a repair, replacement or refund by the retailer for a minimum of 6 months and potentially for up to 6 years. Amazon are seemingly wanting to act outside this law. The only redress the person on the chat could give me was to tell me to email complaints. This is in progress but they haven't replied to me three days later. I guess I am going to have to go down the legal route. Samsung did this to me once. They eventually refunded me but the consequence is that they lose future business and I tell plenty of people about it. Ah well I guess they are too big to care.
Update. Eventually I issued a small claims claim against them and they passed it to their solicitors who paid up pretty fast including the court fees.
Faulty washer dryer leaking after less than two years and vibrating badly. Ok so warranty only 12 months. Fine let's pay for a repair. All looks good you can buy 6 months cover for the same price as a basic repair 138 seems good. Go to the booking page and it gives you options for a booking date and a call back to arrange. Seems great selected a time for when I was available and a computer calls me at the designated time and tells me to select 1. So I do so to find that I'm then placed in the same queue as if id just dialled in. It was all going so well but surely the point of this system is so you don't have to wait in a queue if the result is the same queue it's pointless. I didn't have time to wait so I put the phone down and apparently the only way of booking the repair is to start the whole process again. The customer service web page just has surfing loops leading you back to the same process even if you just want to chat or email them. Sigh

Two items from one seller sent on the same day scheduled for two different deliveries in two different timeslots (why???) First delivery arrived ok. Second delivery did not because the driver decided to not bother actually attempting delivery. I was sat within sight of the front door when they supposedly attempted delivery. Tried to call as soon as the tracking updated. Had to fight their menu system which is completely automated with no option to speak to a human being. Eventually did it by pressing 0 repeatedly until it rang through to a human being. The only option then was to ask the driver to deliver it to a local post office or redelivery for the next day. I've not entered the consignment number as I've already put a complaint in. Tell your vendors to not use this carrier seem to be worse than most.
Had an order went fine but they use yodel as a carrier and they are really poor. No updates or tracking yodel site said they were waiting for the package right up to the delivery. that drops the stars from 5 to 3
But then a while later they asked for a review for a 20% discount on my next order. I gave a fair review and received a discount code but when I tried to use it it said it wasn't valid for the items in my basket. I looked at both emails, the one asking for the review and the one with the voucher and neither said there were any restrictions so the voucher offer is a scam to get reviews for free imo

This is a review of their sales process and techniques and not their service as I didn't buy from them.
1. Turned up when they said they would 2. Took measurements and requirements 3. Couldn't or wouldn't satisfy one requirement (request for internal blinds on sun facing windows)
At this point I would have expected them to leave and come up with a competitive quote but...
4 chap brought his laptop out and making sure I saw some very high prices put all the details laptop 5. Needless to say this came up with a huge price for the. Job (~16k for replacement doors and windows for a 2 bed property!) 6 then brought in a small sample which just looked like a standard window and tried to sell it as some super window but it wasn't: 7. The proceeded to apply all sorts of 'discounts' to the price which were so obviously just to make you think you were saving money 8. This dropped the price to 10.5k 9. I still thought the price was high so I asked him for an itemised breakdown in the quote and he became very defensive and definitely didn't want to provide it effectively refusing to do so. 10. He then starting talking about factory quotas and asked me what I'd like to see the price fall to. 11 by then he'd been here 90 minutes or so and I was a bit tired of it so I made an excuse and he left 12. Less than 30 minutes later he called and offered the job for 8.5k if I ordered it today.
I declined. Later that evening I received the quote for a slightly different system than discussed (uPVC front door instead of composite) price was 9.5k
Oh and he suggested I could get a further price reduction if I was prepared to let their sales teams use my home to sell to others in my street. That would make me particularly unpopular with my neighbours
Personally I hate these sort of sales techniques. I've seen kitchen companies do similar things with the price but not so many high pressure techniques in such a short space of time.

So far I've spent several hours trying to close out my rather small position and withdraw to my bank account. With no luck. Each cycle through customer services generally takes a day and they often as not repeat themselves and/or point me to one of the instructional pages which I've already tried. So it's easy to get money in but not so easy to get it out.

Ordered an item (carefully chosen for price/style and colour). Got an email a few hours later with the wrong item showing (corrected this in a second email) and saying they couldn't get it and offering me other items (mostly similar but all completely different colours). They said the item is discontinued. So it appears they are keeping items on the website which they can no longer get. I'll leave it to the reader to decide if this is deliberate or not (once they've got your money they hope you'll order something else maybe). I now have to jump through hoop to get this refunded. Not good enough.
Update following their comment below. 1. Refunded fairly quickly so that is a good point 2. The answer below though is slightly disappointing. Need to ensure they don't take payment for orders they can't fulfil or at least be more transparent about that. 3. Despite me already providing the order number and email address they tried to get the review taken down asking for the same information again.
Overall I've added one to their score for the quick refund.

12x400g chicken and tripe priced on their website at 21.99 delivered. I normally go to my local petshop for this as it's only 18.00 but today it was more convenient to visit pets at home Preston. Got to the store went to to freezer. I nice shop assistant helped me find the product (which is why it's 2 stars rather than one). However when I got to the till she rang it up as £26.xx not sure exactly. I asked why it was more than the online price and she started to give some guff but I just walked out and went to my local store saved a load . No wonder the shop was empty.

Hello John. Thank you for getting in touch. I'm sorry to hear about the issues you have encountered purchasing your pet food. Although prices are sometimes different in-store to online, this is a large difference & we will of course look into this matter. Thank you for making us aware. Best wishes, Steph.
Manchester Piccadilly store today. Not too busy in the store but at the checkout there seemed to be queues snaking around the store. Abandoned my purchase. About time you did online/adult click and collect/ self service tills. Basically a store stuck in the 90s
Basically, smart meter roll out in the uk has been made a pigs ear of by the energy companies. There are various different smart meter standards so even if you have a smart meter when you switch suppliers it might not work with your new supplier. I have an IHD but would like to use my smartphone instead and thought that loop might be the answer but apparently my meter isn't compatible. Probably only compatible with British Gas as they are able to read my meter remotely and the IHD works. Unfortunately this will have a negative effect on services like loop until it is resolved. I've given 2 stars as it's not completely loop's fault but they need to find a resolution for this if their business model is to work.

Hi John, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback and ,in short, we agree! The shortcomings of the infrastructure can lead to a poor customer experience, as in your case. It's something we're very aware of but sadly something we can do nothing about as it's not out network and there is no way for us to improve it, other than lobbying for improvement (which we do).
Fortunately Loop works with the vast majority of smart meters but unfortunately that doesn't help you. We'd definitely like to take a look and see what the problem is though - if you could email support@loop.homes we can take a look.
A couple of other thoughts: 1. It's worth checking if your meter is actually working in smart mode - you can use this free tool offered by Citizens Advice: https://smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk/
2. It may be a first generation smart meter (referred to as SMETS1 meters) - these used a different network but are being added to the DCC (the central smart meter network) over time. If yours is one of these it should only be a matter of time before we can access your data.
Hope to hear from you so we can take a look at your meter/account.
If you cancel they will take away any cashback you've earned. So their cashback deal is only valid if you keep the account for another year. Wouldn't bother there are other better cashback offers around.
In general ok. Tend to bombard you with messages when payment is nearing due. Sometimes they give the impression they are going to take the full balance when, in fact, they are going to take the regular amount but you sort of get used to that. Maybe you can turn off the multiple messages on multiple platforms but I never bothered, sort of got used to ignoring them. Would have been 4 stars but after I'd paid off the balance (early) on an account I noticed an extra payment. This appears to be a crossed payment and is fine but when I went online to check (it was a purchase from the google store). I was unable to check each of the payments I'd made against that account. I could just see the original balance and the outstanding balance. I contacted the customer services via chat and they too were unable to access the individual payments. The matter had to be escalated to some other team. This is weird and odd and possibly in breach of the CCA 1974 (section 77A - provision of statements).
As Follow up to their comment below. They ask me to contact customer services but this review was made after I had already done so and they were unable to provide me with a statement. Indeed they suggested I checked that the payments were correct via my bank statement. I don't see much point in contacting them again to ask the same question. As I said, in general they are ok but some accounts (is it google only) fail to show the individual payments made on the account making it difficult to verify that you have paid the correct amount. That issue remains.
