I genuinely can’t be without the Drought Secret Zinc Cream for my 2-year-old. It has been such a lifesaver whenever his eczema flares, especially when his skin becomes really inflamed, weepy, sore or even starts bleeding.

We’ve had some really difficult flare-ups, and I’ve found this cream so soothing and helpful for calming his skin and supporting it when it’s at its worst. There have even been times when his skin looked infected and steroids were recommended, but this was the product I reached for and I was so impressed with how well his skin responded.

It’s now an absolute essential in our house and something I always make sure we have in. I honestly wouldn’t want to be without it! ❤️

I wish these products worked for me but sadly, I’ve bought two different creams and both have severely hurt my skin. The rescue balm made me intensely itchy and the zinc actually broke my skin barrier which lead to bleeding. I’ve given 3 stars to reflect my experience but I do believe in their ethos and I do like that they’re 100% natural and smell good but I’m very dissatisfied with the extreme reactions and no improvements.

I spent a while following this brand wondering if it was just another well marketed product for eczema. In the end my instincts told me to go for it and I am so glad I did. The products have made a huge difference to my daughters eczema. She has had it since 6 weeks old and is now 13months. We have been through different emollients and she has had continuous flares requiring steroids. I had enough of using them as as soon as I stopped them the flare came back a few days later. I started using the products on my son when he was 2 for keratosis pilaris and within 4 months it completely cleared it! I’ve struggled with eczema for years and gone through TSW which left my skin in a really bad state. I came across Drought Secret and decided to try the Calming Butter Cream and the Zinc one — honestly didn’t expect much but these two products have been a game changer.
My skin was constantly red, itchy and inflamed during TSW and nothing seemed to help without making it worse. Since using these, the irritation has calmed down massively and my skin has actually started healing properly. The butter cream is so rich and soothing, it doesn’t sting or cause any reaction which is rare when your skin barrier is this damaged. For over a year my little girl has had problems with her mouth/skin. Back and forwards to GP with multiple creams, steroids and antibiotics, nothing worked. It was only masking it short term, it would then come back 10 times worse.
