Ordered a bed after seeing my daughters bed and absolutely loved it, did not realise the headboard came in different material if ordered in a different colour therefore started a return after 5 days of receiving as the material is not suitable as my cat will scratch the bed with the type of material it is. Well within my 30 days to return, wanted an exchange but the company does not do exchanges, I had an automated response the first day for further info and nothing since still waiting on the bed to be collected.
UPDATE
The company has since come back to me they took longer than they should have but dealt with my issue and sorted my refund with an apology therefore slightly increased the rating.

When my item first arrived it was cracked, I emailed plastic people straightaway on the Friday evening by the following weds I had received a replacement, and it’s true it actually looks like glass, very impressed :)
