Firstly I am shocked at all the low score reviews! For me personally I am blown away by the products I have used, the milk shower cream, the roll on deodorant and the shampoo. I have very sensitive skin that reacts to even the slightest thing, ask my wife about washing powder and conditioner!
I have tried for years, I am 52, to find products that suited me, I tried Fussy, initially ok but after a month my skin was worse than ever with what appeared to be burns all under my arms and back and the deodorant didn’t work, made me stink after only a couple of hours. I found moogoo by mistake after a google search. Hopefully, I am 2 months in, it continues to amaze in the months and tears to come. My skin is softer than it has ever been, no irritation at all even my rough elbows have completely softened. I have mild eczema behind my ears which drives me crazy, Moogoo hasn’t got rid of it completely but is getting there, the itchiness has virtually gone and the roughness has completely gone so fingers crossed.
For me it is so far a miracle shower regime and deodorant that uses all natural products so fits into my desire to prevent the use of artificial products and doesn’t affect my skin. Highly recommended thank you Moogoo.

A great brand ethos, and on the whole I have found the products to be good quality and a little goes a long way. I have mixed reviews for various individual products as follows:

Milk Wash - the best product, especially when used alongside Udder Cream. It calmed my spotty tender face in 2 days during the heatwave and my skin has a nice natural sheen now. I use it on my face, and body and hair. It feels slightly like you can't finish rinsing it off, but once you're dry your skin feels nice.

Udder Cream - as above. It doesn't rub in very smoothly but once it has your skin feels soft, supple, not at all sticky and has a nice sheen without being shiny or sticky. In future it's likely I will stick to this and the milk wash for everything.

Hydrating Face Wash - a nice smooth and hydrating product, but I still prefer to use Milk Wash. This one does have a mildly pleasant smell.

Hydrating Face Cream - a little goes a long way. Smooths into your skin and feels lovely, and smells mildly nice. I still prefer Udder Cream for results, although this feels nicer to apply.

Full Cream Moisturiser - lovely sweet scent, glides on a bit smoother than Udder Cream, but I can't really say if it moisturises any better. A nice daily product for feet, elbows etc. You guessed it, I still prefer the results of Udder Cream!

Quick Absorbing Body Lotion - I bought this to try as the other creams seem to sit on the outside of the skin before melting in and I wondered if this would be, as the name suggests, quicker. It is, and the consistency is thinner, but I also feel it is a little sticky, which the others aren't. I probably won't buy this again. Since I've used this one I've come out in intensely itchy bumps in random places, and I don't know whether this is due to the lotion or just a coincidence.

Sensitive Scalp Shampoo - I had read that some people don't get much lather, but this honestly isn't a problem for me and I live in the hardest water area of the UK. Lots of lather, and my hair feels soft, although similar to the Milk Wash it feels a bit like it never quite rinses clean. I liked this at first, having been a steadfast Lush shampoo user for years, but after a few weeks my fine, thin hair feels stiff and crunchy. I have used the Milk Wash on my hair with a softer result.

Sensitive Scalp Conditioner - smells nice. Smoothes onto the hair nicely if you don't squeeze out tooo much water first. Combs through my fine, delicate, tangle prone hair nicely. If you get the balance right of using not too much or too little, it works well. Again, after a few weeks my hair feels dry and stiff and crunchy - but this could just be because of our hard water and my fine hair needing moisture rather than too much protein. I tried a small sample of the protein shot but this just increased the stiffness.

Lemon Myrtle Roll On Deodorant - works very well. You only need a little. No scent whatsoever.

Exfoliating Micro Powder - upon applying it I felt it wouldn't actually do anything. However, the instructions say to leave it on as a mask for 5 mins and my skin felt and looked wonderful afterwards! I recommend this!

Goats Milk and Buttermilk Cleansing Bars - these are lovely. Both leave you squeaky clean, with a nice non sticky sheen to your skin. The goats milk has no smell and the buttermilk has a feint sweet smell. I've used both on my face and body and bought a second set.

I will definitely continue to use my favourite Milk Wash and Udder Cream all over as my core products, possibly the hair conditioner too. I feel these are all I really need. I will also replace the exfoliating powder when it runs out and probably the cleansing bars too.

I don't have a skin problem, apart from I went through a phase this summer of a long continuous breakout on my face. I looked for very clean, cruelty free products and Google offered me Moogoo. The Milk Wash and Udder Cream combo worked a treat almost instantly and the Udder Cream didn't melt off in the heatwave despite my extreme menopausal sweating! These are also well priced for the quality and readily available. I hope you'll like them too.

I really wish id done more research into this brand before buying.

I’ve only been using it a couple of days, and god has it caused me problems. I have actual eczema prone skin, and anyone with my level knows what a nightmare trying to get working cream in the UK is.

My usual cream is the Bepanthen Eczema that has to be imported and costs £30 per each small bottle. So I wanted to try to find an alternative because the cost isnt very sustainable.

I did the patch test on moogoo - all fine. Used it a day, nothing happened. Because nothing happened I decided to keep using to test its reliability (as you do) - and it’s completely outbroke my skin.

I have little red bumps around my eyebrow, red and flakey all over my nose and cheeks. They’re very sore, and it’s clearly down to the moogoo.
I don’t feel this is a medically safe alternative to eczema prone skin. Especially as this happened after a short while not an instant reaction.

I’d recommend avoiding at all costs. I am so glad I’m on summer holidays or I’d not have wanted to go to college today, that’s how severe the damage is.

The MSM mosturiser, has been a game changer for me.I suffered from red itchy skin on my shins which come and go.Whilst other creams treated it nothing seemed to prevent it.I started using this and apply it morning and night and have not had a breakout whilst using it.I would highly recommend.

Without being overly dramatic, this hair care range has changed my life. I’ve suffered dandruff/dry and itchy scalp along with greasy hair for 20 odd years. I’ve spent £100s so was apprehensive but I was at breaking point and thought I needed to try yet another thing - after the first wash my scalp was a hundred times better and wasn’t greasy for days. I genuinely can’t believe it. I just hope this lasts

So far so good, I've only been using it for a couple days but it makes you clean and keeps skin soft.

Been using Moogoo fake tan and it has been great. The last bottle I had wasn’t good. I took it away on holiday and when I unpacked and took the lid off. A clear liquid had leaked out. When I used the product it did work. Very disappointed as I let the company know but customer service was not good at all and they weren’t interested, my complaint has still not been acknowledged by a person!

Lovely natural products and great customer service. The delivery was fast and arrived in a nice, recyclable packaging. Highly recommended!

Honestly this is the best stuff out there. I use everything they do from the milk wash, the shampoo, to lip balms and toothpaste (or moothpaste as they call it lol).
Fantastic products, our whole family uses it including my 8 month old son. No nasty chemicals in their products which is a huge bonus for me and I’m able to support a local business! 5 stars all the way!

I usually love this brand but have been extremely disappointed in their sun cream. I know it’s a new one and they’ve probably worked really hard, but not hard enough. Feel completely stung, after first few uses, it has become such a pain, having to shake it vigorously before squeezing it out, water just comes out of it I. No amount of shaking and squeezing the tube helps I would avoid buying this. I did email them and it seems that they said this is all normal so they’re clearly not gonna do anything to rectify this situation so I’ve had to spend another £20 on another brand of sun cream as I can’t be dealing with this

I’m currently going through chemo for stage 4 breast cancer. I’ve used the shampoo & conditioner (before hair loss), shower milk, face serum, face cream, deodorant, lip balm, body lotion, scalp cream, face cream with SPF40 tint and self tan cream. The products are amazing. My hair before loss was soft and silky. My skin doesn’t have to fight the drying effects of chemo. My skin is super soft. The self tan is amazing - what a fantastic tan.
Products I don’t like: - deodorant - doesn’t stop sweaty armpits.
Note:- a little of all product goes a long way.
What I’d like to see:- face cream with SPF30 (no tint).
Would I recommend:- oh yes (not the deodorant).
And to finish :- the price is brilliant. So much better value then a very expensive brand I use to use.

The most fantastic product range and a real game changer for people suffering from cancer and going through radiotherapy. Prevented the blisters and helped with the chapped lips. Really amazing. A beautiful company with wonderful alternative natural products and amazing customer service. Really excited to try more and more products as it’s so important to me to replace products with harmful chemicals etc with more conscious and holistically ones

I recently ordered an edible lip balm and a small sun screen with came to £26.35.
But i didnt receive a confirmation email. Its been a week. So i decided to get into touch on the same website i ordered the products from. Only to receive an email saying they cant seem to see any order from me. So i have sent them my bank statement. But other than that radio silence. So am I supposed to just pay them £27 and then receive a multitude of spam emails from them saying you’ve left something in your cart which is all of their products? Its times like these i wish id used Paypal, because atleast id get my money back eventually.
I would stir clear, their customer service needs vast improvement.

Purchased the coconut cream roll on deodorant. Very disappointed as it smells like sour milk and also is very white looking following application. Will not be using.

I used the shampoo for the first time and it matted my hair so much it all had to be cut out. Haidresser said it will take at least 2 years to grow back to original length. I am now left wearing turbans or hats, even at home. I cry most days. Moogoo have now blocked me from all social media. No accountability or empathy. I have sent them pictures and videos of how it has left me and also sent pics of batch number on bottle. I wrote a review on their website but they have blocked that too.
I made complaint in feb its now nearly august. I am still having to wear a cap or scarf to leave the house. Apparently product has been sent to australia for testing now. Also discovered that it has happened to others too. And i am still blocked by them on all social media platforms.

Only used the shampoo and conditioner once. It dried my hair out so much it was knotted beyond brushing, I had to smooth jojoba oil onto it just to get a brush through the Midlengths and ends. To add insult to injury my scalp was so intensely itchy after less than an hour I had to wash my hair again. It took 2 washes (over 2 days) to stop the itching. I have a neurological condition and this exacerbated it. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I used Moogoo Eczema for my perioral dermatitis which appeared over a year ago. I had used many other creams and didn't want to use steroid based potions. This cream together with Calm Balm by WildMint has been a game changer and my symptoms have now all but gone. Just a little around one eye left to go. Worked for me.

I received my products from MooGoo. It was a quick delivery, I had no trouble with my order, I did try there products before and it helped me with my problematic sensitive skin. Highly recommended to anyone who is having problems with thier skin and not getting anywhere with thier gp.

Great service,ordered p.m Friday, delivered Monday at noon.Can’t get better than that. Lovely products, easy to navigate website, ordering simple. Never had any problem over several years dealing with this company. Cannot recommend enough.
