Ordered a reed circuit board for my caravan but realised it was the wrong one. Cancelled the order more or less straight away , only to get an email saying we can't refund as it had already been dispatched . I received an email saying there dispatch and refund addresses where different so they offered me a 5% refund ( which equated to about 46p ) do not order from here if you need a refund because you won't receive one .

Brough a spoiler it was supposedly damaged in transit, they said they would send a replacement then said it was out of stock and they would refund me, no refund recived SCAM

I have purchased a few items from car light bulb and so far so good. Items are really high quality.
From ordering and delivery time it’s quite good.

Would recommend buying from carlightbulb.com, you’ll not be sorry.

Ordered a fan light , it’s too big for my space , contacted this company regarding return they will NOT accept returns, I received this item less than 2 weeks ago , I will be contacting trading standards regarding this company if scammers !

Twee beugels gekocht voor een motorfiets. Beloven levertijd tussen de 2 en 5 werkdagen, maar in werkelijkheid werd die zo’n 10 werkdagen. Bij de bestelling leek het een Nederlands bedrijf te zijn, later Brits, maar in werkelijkheid is het een Chinese dropshipper. Allemaal niet onoverkomelijk, maar wees er helder over. Aan de prijs was het niet merkbaar…
Wat ik wel ontoelaatbaar vind, is de erbarmelijke kwaliteit van het verf-/spuitwerk. De verf was er - ondanks de degelijke verpakking - op allebei de beugels flink afgesprongen. Dat belooft niet veel goeds. Moet worden overgespoten dus…
Want terugsturen - nu ik weet dat het uit China komt - wordt een lijdensweg…

This is honestly the worst customer service and return policy I have ever experienced.

You will be getting 1 star from me. And literally, this is not about the money. The item is brand new and in perfect condition; it is simply not compatible with my car.

The product was advertised as being suitable for a 2017 model.My car is also a 2017 model and uses the same DRL module code, but my module has a 5-pin connection, whereas the one you sent has 6 pins. This difference should have been clearly specified in the product description.

I have already placed another order for the correct module without even asking you for a return first. That should clearly demonstrate that this is not about the money.I simply needed the correct part, and I have now purchased it separately.

The way this has been handled makes you look very poor as a company. A clear and accurate product description would have avoided the entire situation.

So, you can keep your 10% offer and enjoy the 1-star review.

Cancelled a order within 2 mins of placing a order yet due to there incompetence still sent item out they say they that they agreed patial refund with was declined by myself as told then ten times full refund still dont listen now had to go to trading standards and fraud team at my bank also reported them to watchdog and raised a case with small claims court this company is pathetic abusive dont listen to what customers say AVOUD THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE

acheté un carburateur soi disant compatible mais qui me fait consommer 40L/100kms au lieu de 20L/100kms!!

good price very fast delivery but part number was wrong, got no reply from email team when asked if this would fit my car, part sent had wrong code but swapped some fuses to make it right unit, email team need to answer questions fast or you might lose sales.

Dicovery Sport boots struts. Cheap poor quality. Didnt last 10 months and we only use the boot once or twice a week. Emailed car light bulb, they said they only come with 6 month warranty. Look for ones with a 2 or 3 year warranty and pay that bit more.
Looks like all their reviews are similar. Avoid!!

Purchased a Mini window trim 51137167236 made of Plastic/Rubber.
The advert specified a Gloss Black finish to the plastic part. What arrived was, in fact, grey.
I thought I could live with the wrong colour so proceeded to clean the bonding surface ready for double sided tape (which was not, unusually, supplied with the part).
On a perfectly flat surface with a soft cloth underneath I began to clean it when suddenly it cracked across the plastic part... if it hadn't broken at this stage it would certainly have had multiple breaks and not survived the fitting process which requires bending and twisting as you stick it down.
Having now read these reviews it looks like 'one to experience' as I don't expect to have my money returned even if I sent it back.

Illegal returns policy. Got sent a product but wasn't suitable. Asked for a full refund as was within the 14day window per distance selling laws. They refused and insisted on a 30% refund. Spoke to my bank and they said they couldn't do a charge back without me returning the parcel first. Read on reviews that the company often claims the return doesn't arrive. The cost of a tracked and insured return for such a large item is more expensive than what I'd lose selling the item second hand and far less hassle. This company knows what they're doing as they suggested I did this! Avoid this company.

Well .
If you get part and it faulty don t wait for them to take it back or to refund you . They will keep asking for pics over a d over again...I send the the pics with vin and faulty code and they keep asking for more pics. It's like if the there part was good and me I looking for delay to my self.

I ordered a part for my motorcycle it arrived 9 days after expected delivery date and was delivered to the wrong address I did not receive the part and they refused me a refund stay away is my advice
