we bought a setee unit from scs earlier in the year and was very happy with the salesman Sean he was very knowledgeable and very helpful, after delivery that was carrier out by your delivery guys that was very well done bringing all the units up the stairs on a very hot day, we decided to add another unit so went back to your Hedge End store and found Sean who was again very helpful in finding what we had bought and ordered the unit, very pleased with Sean and the store and the delivery guys. great service all-round.

Good insurance cover but why the 3 different levels why not one insurance cover at one price, you can do add ons as you want.

DISLIKED THE FACT THAT THEY SENT ME A LETTER STATING THAT MY COVER WAS ENDING IN JUNE WHEN I WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COVERED TILL OCTOBER, BUT WENT ON THEIR WEB SITE FILLED IN THE FORM AND GOT COVER FOR 12 MONTHS AT CHEAPER COST THAN PREVIOUS COVER. SO NOT TO HAPPY WITH THEM BUT THEY HAVE LOST MONEY, THEY ARE REFUNDING ME PART OF CANCELED POLICY. ONLY REDEEMING FACTOR IS THAT GREEN FLAG ARE QUICKER AT RECOVERY THAN AA OR RAC. NOT COMPLETELY HAPPY WITH GREEN FLAG BUT BETTER THAN OTHERS OR NOTHING AT ALL.

They were quick to answer the phone very helpful at point of contact, help arrived within an hour, car and us taken to depot and supplied with loan car but more needs to be explained about car, controls, gears, lights as ours was supplied in the dark, could not check round car for damage, car was 16 years old seen better days but it went but would not want to own it.

the price was right the cover was ok the paper work arrived in a few days. good experience.
