Satisfied

Quick responses but a bit disappointed since I've been here for 3 years already, never once paid late, few maintenance requests, yet I had to send in new paperwork, bank statements to remove someone from the lease. Been renting for 40+ years and never had to have anyone on the lease until this property. But okay, they approved it and it's been signed. Otherwise, I really like this house and have no other issues.

The process was easy and it worked…

The process was easy and it worked immediately. After paying $70 a month for two dogs, that has been deleted on my new lease. Thank you!
