Quick Medical Help while Traveling
While traveling, had an infected tooth that couldn’t wait to receive treatment. My virtual option for my “in network care” was unable to prescribe an antibiotic out of state. Started googling for telehealth options this was one of the first on the list. Shocked how simple & easy it was! Paid a little extra to have priority service, well worth it! Took longer for the pharmacy to fill the script than the entire process start to finish on 24hrdoc!!!
Such an amazing, fast & accurate way to resolve a medical issue. Saved me a trip to the emergency room with my kids on vacation!! Thank you so much! Will share my experience with everyone I know!

I spent 2 days waiting long hours at urgent care
Two days in a row I sat at an urgent care only to leave because the wait was too long. The price was extremely high for a self paying patient without insurance. While I sat there feverish and achy, I looked online for alternative ways to get a simple medication prescription for a common illness like strep throat. I'm happy to have found 24hrdoc, it was exactly what I had hoped to find especially at a fraction of the cost. The process was quick and simple and I got my prescription within an hour of registering and completing an online medical exam. I even was able to upload a photo of my sore throat showing the swelling and discoloration. I got my prescribed medication and hopefully this will now lead to a speedy recovery.
I give 24hrdoc 5 stars.

Under prescribed the antibiotics I needed.
There's no discussion of what actually works for the patient.

My pharmacy never got my prescription
My pharmacy never got my prescription. Tried calling and no one called me back. Left an email and never got a response. It’s been six days. Feel like I was ripped off and that this company is a scam.

There was never a prescription issued
There was never a prescription issued, they put notes asking additional questions not in the intake form and closed the request without giving a prescription. When I tried reaching to to support they just copy and pasted the questions again, and never responded to my answers to the questions.

It took more than 12 hours to get a prescription. There was no communication about the delay. The name of the company as well as all the advertising SPECIFICALLY states that it is a 24 hour company and prescriptions will be sent in within 2-3 hours. I could have just called my regular doctor and saved the $40. I was also not prescribed the fastest drug or the one that I requested. VERY DISAPPOINTED… I would not use this service again.
