Placed my order last night over 8hrs…
Placed my order last night over 8hrs ago so that when I wake up I’m able to go pick up my meds do to being in pain. There still has been no update on my treatment plan. Tried calling the number listed no answer. This is horrible service I normally use “oncalldoc” which I should have continued. I wouldn’t recommend this online service to anyone
Update they took forever and the. Prescribed me a medications I didn’t recommend because it doesn’t touch my issue. They allowed me to choose to options and they gave me a option I didn’t choose

Saved I was able to get the prescription and some relief
I was able to get the prescription and meds I needed while having a horrible toothache from a broken eye tooth and it was quick. I had my prescription sent to pharmacy and I was on the mend that next day! Lifesaver for me and cheap too thank you 24/Doc you saved me!!!

I already have the ointment that was prescribed. I was seeking doxycycline, which is what was stated. Then there is no way to reach anyone. I was going to sign up for the quarterly option, but not if I can’t get the help I need or be able to talk to anyone.

If URGENT go to an URGENT Care
I submitted a request this morning over 4 hours ago. There has been no correspondence from any of their doctors. I tried using their chat feature but apparently maxed out the questions trying to see if anyone was going to call in a script. All because I didn’t pay the fee to expedite for a doctor to attend to my situation ? I DO NOT recommend this service of your are in pain. Pay the fee to go to an urgent care and save yourself the headache. I will be disputing this charge with my bank as they never provided a service
