I really appreciate the quickness of assistance from the medical team with Wisp. I was in a really uncomfortable situation and a medical provider contacted me within 2 hours to check in regarding my concern. The website was super easy to navigate. My order was processing the same day I initiated my request.

I couldnt pick up my order and i did not get my refund back

I used this service one time and honestly regret it. I was charged a subscription fee on top of the prescription charge, which I wasn’t expecting to be so high. When I saw that it was set to auto-renew in my email, I immediately cancelled it. I never refilled or even filled the prescription, yet they still refused to give me a refund or refund my fee.

On top of that, they spam my inbox with emails practically every day so now I had to block them. The overall service wasn’t great either. Definitely not worth the hassle or the money. I do not recommend this company.

Not enough medication and my symptoms became worse and now I am just going to have to see a doctor anyways

They never sent my RX to the Pharmacy and the severe delay in response times made it to where I was not able to secure my medication in the time that I needed it. Absolutely awful experience. When I asked for a refund they begrudgingly agreed, stating a one-time courtesy even though they never did what they said they would do.

WISP communication was indifferent at best with zero accountability.

I tried to use your web site to get a prescription for a UTI, I have only visited it because it said no office waiting and you would be able to give me a prescription for my UTI. I just had one (UTI) ,and it was very bad because I tried to treat myself, big mistake.
The doctor told me I almost would have ended up in the hospital if I waited too much longer. That was July 10th, Now I have it again, so I don’t want to wait for an appointment and then wait in a doctor’s office again. Which my doctor’s office, forgot to confirm my appointment, so I had to go to a WellCare Center, they were great, but I was really sick and had to wait.
You have my information, so now what, do I have to join , to get help from you?
So that’s why I tried you with no help from your site, one star. I will not try again.

Easy and customer service is great. I had a name change and they reached out to pharmacy and got a new prescription in quickly. I just uploaded my new ID.

Very easy to use, but one thing that could be improved is providing more instructions for the prescriptions they prescribe. However, I will still be using their services when needed.

It was the weekend and I developed a raging Bacterial vaginitis. It was so easy to go on to Wisp, describe my symptoms and medical history which was followed by review and acceptance and a prescription to my pharmacy - all within a couple of hours. The cost of the consult was not much more than the co-pay to my provider would have been and insurance paid for the prescription - which worked immediately. I was comfortable for the rest of the weekend and completely cured within a week. Thank you Wisp!

Very very helpful! This was a life saver since I am not able to afford health insurance at the moment and am unable to afford an out of pocket clinic visit that would normally be required for prescription birth control.

I have used this company for about 2ish years, it's much faster than trying to get an appointment at the obgyn and even faster than urgent care (given that you are familiar with your own body and know what your symptoms mean). I often got responses within 10 minutes. Everything is very straightforward and there are no hidden charges on their site. Nothing is misleading about their services which I greatly appreciate. I'm a very health literate person with a healthcare background but the whole thing is set up in a way where the average person would still have an easy time getting their needed prescriptions. During checkout, they do try to sell you on their other products but they are actually relevant and helpful + it's easy to decline. Honestly have 0 complains and it's very reassuring to know that as long as I have the money I will be able to treat my symptoms and get relief quickly.

Doctor did not call in my prescription!!!!

I was looking for some way to delay my period for a week getaway with my fiance.. it was to show like 2 days in and that was NOT an option. I took a chance after seeing all the amazing feedback. No words. It worked like a dream! Started taking the medication 2 days before it was intended to stop and stopped taking the day we were leaving and it shows up within 48 hours. What a dream! 🥹🫶🏼

This was a super easy process. Just set up an account, answer some questions and I had a prescription called in within an hour. Also reasonably priced.

Don't waste your time if you are 65 or older. Wisp took all my personal information: name, birthday, address, current medications, health issues, credit card, drivers license ..., tried to upsell me on things like probiotics, vitamins, lotions etc, then at the very end when I tried to schedule the online consultation, they told me I was too old and they don't treat people 65 or older. Now they have all my very personal info, which I'm sure they will sell for a profit. >:-{
