I was very pleased with the prompt and great service I received. I was able to pick up my prescription at the pharmacy, and have my first dose of antibiotic down within 3 hours. Very happy with the service!

Dr sent in a prescription for an antibiotic that I listed as allergic to (pharmacy caught it.) Then I had a hard time finding a way to get a hold of someone to correct it.

Excellent service

It was exactly what it was advertised as. I wish it had taken less time to get the script to the pharmacy.

I only have one thing to say---EXCEPTIONAL. My issue was reviewed promptly and prescription provided just as quick and I began recovery within 3 days of taken the meds.

The process was quick and easy. I just answered the questionnaire and then I was given treatment options and everything was looked at by a doctor. My prescriptions were transferred over to my pharmacy within a matter of a few hours. It’s very convenient and you can upload any necessary photos as well. I highly recommend.

I had a bad toothache come on Friday night. Saturday morning I was in tremendous pain. Looked up a doctor and found 24hrdoc. com. I stayed at 1030 and I had my prescription at 100. I highly recommend this sight. I can't. Thank them enough.

I requested a specific prescription and was sent a prescription I did not ask for. I tried calling twice only to be sent to a voicemail and sent an email with no reply. I would like a refund as I will not be picking up the prescription

My prescription has still not been called into the pharmacy. I paid for the consultation and received an email saying my prescription was sent to the pharmacy but the pharmacy has no record of it. I have a terrible infection and need help. Cant get anyone on the phone to help with this. At this point I feel like this was a scam that just took my money!

Don’t use this service, they took my money and I have yet to receive my prescription, no answer or responses either

Fast service

Was fast, and I didnt have to leave the house. Being handicapped its hard and this made it easy

I was very happy at first that I quickly was prescribed medication for my Poison Ivy. Within two hours. However, they only prescribed a 4 day taper which leaves me at a high risk of a rebound flare with how bad it is and I did send pictures showing that it's on all my limbs except one. I have no way of sending a message directly to the prescribing doctor and nobody is returning my emails. I tried setting up the subscription so that I could send my request for a full 14-21 day gradual taper instead of only 4 days to ensure the Poison Ivy does not come back but when I try to submit payment, nothing happens. It just stays on the screen. Very poor customer service and now I'm concerned I'll have to pay even more money at an Urgent Care once this flares up again and that is not torture I want to go through again once it's gone.
