Platform is good buyt custoemr service and policies regarding event cancellations are very bad for the consumer. Buyer be aware of these as they hide behind their T&Cs.
I would avoid using Stubhub and just transact directly with the event organizers

The product was easy to understand and easy to purchase. We needed to cover emergency medical and this solved our needs.
Hopefully there is no need to use the insurance and we will know more if there are any concerns.
