Easy to understand, quick to process
There was a problem I presented when a reservation was made in the wrong name; I had to cancel, and I needed a refund. The response was quick, and the process was simple to understand. The refund was deposited in a week or so, which is quicker than I expected.

What is it even good for?
I bought tickets for an out of town concert that I needed to purchase airline tickets to get to. The concert was rescheduled for over a week later due to the band members being delayed in boarder customs. The date that it was rescheduled for was a day that I was already scheduled to work. I work in a hospital and changing my days is next to impossible. Not to mention I already bought airline tickets and hotel stays that I could not get back. When I filed my claim it was denied. What do you even get insurance for if things like this are not covered. I will never use stubhub again to purchase tickets and I will most definitely not be purchasing allianz event insurance, they are a joke.
