Medical Help Overseas
We had a medical issue while on a trip to Vienna. The care we received almost immediately was unbelievable. The doctor actually came to our hotel room. No hassles no issues. We are so thankful. We made a decision that day to always renew out yearly policy with Allianz. Thank you!

Read the fine print
Have always gone with the insurance, just in case. Had a 4 hour delay due to a fiber optic cut by a contractor. That caused us to miss flights, costing thousands in added cost. The insurance covered $300, nothing to added flights, hotels, meals, etc.

Unpredicted weather
Allianz was efficient and quick in responding to my request. I had to cancel my tickets last minute due to weather damage in my area. I was planning to attend a soccer match with my family of 5. Part of my family was not able to get out of their home due to flooding. Allianz responded to my request giving me a peace of mind that I was able to be reimbursed for all 5 tickets! I recommend that people should get the insurance when purchasing tickets. You never know what could happen!
