Great experience

My experience with IMG has been absolutely appalling. They will happily take your money, give you the impression that your claim is being handled, and then repeatedly leave you completely in the dark when you actually need them.

After an extremely unfortunate medical event that required surgery, I repeatedly contacted IMG for assistance. I submitted the documentation they requested and continued following up, only to receive little to no meaningful assistance. Time and time again, I was left waiting for responses that never came.

One experience in particular says a lot about the level of customer service I encountered. I called their phone number and a woman with a very thick accent answered. She seemed extremely confused about why I was calling, who I was, what was happening with my situation, and what she was actually supposed to be doing. She was unable to properly assist me, and about 10 minutes later I received a call back from a man who attempted to help but of course the outcome was nothing.

It honestly felt like they had hired some random person off the street to answer “out of hours” calls just in case someone happened to call.

This is not the type of experience you expect from a company providing medical insurance, especially when you are dealing with a serious medical situation.

They take your money, make it appear as though they are working on your claim, and then you are repeatedly ghosted when you try to get answers. I spent an unacceptable amount of time chasing this company for basic communication and assistance.

The entire experience has left me extremely concerned about IMG's business practices and the way they handle their policyholders. From my personal experience, I believe this raises very serious concerns about potential insurance fraud and deserves proper investigation.

I would strongly advise anyone considering IMG to think twice and thoroughly research this company before giving them your money. I certainly will never use them again.

I am still confused on canceling for any reason, as it is part of this policy but the check out wants to add duplacate coverage for additional charges I recommend the company reviewing this site and updating the confusing information. I/m assuming that I'm covered.

A fair policy and reasonable premium. The process is intuitive.

When I tried calling to get more info, it was 'outside of business hours.It would have been excellent service to talk with a real person
