I got the basic subscription. I wanted to cancel it straight away. Virtually everything is "unavailable with your current subscription"
Wish I never bothered because they are making it difficult to get a refund. And, I never even started to watch a single thing on the app.

Just trying to get intouch with someone at the company is a joke. They don't want to speak to their customers or offer any help.

Watching a film, adverts play. I want to pause it immediately after the ad break, it doesn't. Instead it plays another round of adverts. I click back and it loses my place in the film. I fast forward to where I was, another round of adverts. Im going to cancel my subscription now. What a joke!

English subtitles not available on a show filmed in English. No help from customer service. Unless!

What is with the offence adverts? Bombarded with images that causes seizures and migraines. Then, there's always someone screaming in pain and fear in the next one.
Disgusting abuse to the public in order to literally bully us into paying for premium. Should be ashamed but, far too greedy to have any decency or shame!! No way will I give this evil company card details and pay for premium. I just dont trust them one bit.

I just spoke to their customer service team about being bombarded with ad breaks. I asked is it normal to watch 4 ad breaks in a row? And, They said "yes, your on the standard subscription"
So, paying to watch ads breaks after ad breaks and told is ok because im not giving them enough money to use the service. Only enough to just watch adverts on it.
I gave up and canceled my subscription.
GREEDY TIME WASTERS!

Waste of time. They sent me a message with a code for 12 pound off and, it don't work.
I placed the same order on just eat and it was 5 pound cheaper, with no discounts.

Package was supposed to arrive Monday. It didn't. Then, it was supposed to arrive Tuesday. It didn't. I cancelled the package on Wednesday and got my refund from the seller. And, one week later DPD are still trying to deliver it whalst i am not available. I've told them "return to sender" via every form of communication I can and, they are still bombarding me with emails and txt messages about "there's been an issue with your delivery" to the point I have now blocked their email addresses and phone numbers.
I WILL NEVER USE DPD AGAIN!

I'm waiting for a push bike to be delivered. Two days late now.
I tell their guy that I want it cancelled. Tracking says its been at the local depot since 4am and I have another package that left at 10am to come to my address.
He asked for the 2nd package details. Then, he cancelled it !!
I mean, wtf?? Really?

I've made money using this app. Tho, unable to withdraw to any UK bank account. Apparently, all UK banks have blocked transactions from this app due to fraud. I have spent 4 hours of my life finding this out. Their support centre insisted it's JUST my bank. But really, it's every bank in the UK. And they are not going to tell you this info. They will let you spend hours getting stressed and not tell you the truth.
