I have been with Aldermore for many years and have been totally satisfied. The staff are polite, helpful, efficient and more than happy to help, especially as I’m not very tech savvy. The website is easy to use and well set out.
An all round excellent experience.

I have orders from two separate companies outstanding. One was ordered and despatched on 1 May. Neither have arrived and despite contacting Evri, I have had no explanation.
Getting a bit desparate now. Quite sad as usually have no complaints with Evri.

I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Since I placed my order on 19 November and 10 days later I’ve heard nothing and received nothing. There is no phone number to ring and the chat line doesn’t work. Emails ignored.
Please don’t waste your time or money using this company. A sad and expensive lesson learned.

I received an email from Hayloft inviting me to order 3 slug resistant hostas on 27.5.24. I placed the order straightaway. Invoice said item to be despatched by 30.5.24. Chased it up on 3.6.24 to be told order on its way then got email from Hayloft to say refund issued. On querying, told stock not available so order cancelled. No prior contact from Hayloft

I placed order no:1207728891 on 18.2.24. The invoice I received stated that item no: 353604 on that order would be delivered by 23.2.24. On 19 Feb I received an email from you to say that the item in question was on its way. When it didn’t arrive by the promised date, I contacted your office by telephone only to be told to wait a bit longer. It is now 3.3.24. I have had no explanation of where my order is nor any apology as to why it is late, or when I can expect to receive it. This is not only unacceptable but very unprofessional.
