I understand the points raised by you. However, there's no charge for item(s) above £100, whereas items under £100 are charged at £1.95 per item. This has been updated taking into consideration various factors as well as keeping up with current trends. As we don't have a centralised warehouse, items are sourced and dispatched from stores across the region. Depending on the stock availability, these could be assigned to the same store, but, the delivery charge remains the same per item. ​This could also save time and expenses on travelling to the store.

Normally, we expect the item to be delivered to you within 3 to 5 working days, however, we do ask to allow up to 14 days for the delivery. As per the records, the orders were delivered to you within this time.
