Only half of my click and collect was…

Only half of my click and collect was in the bag when I got home. I've been charged the full amount on the credit card and there's no 'store number' to check if it's still in their own storage. I will call the customer service number over the next few days but its frustrating to collect and be charged for an absent item. Maybe staff could suggest checking the items before leaving store?

So happy !!

I was very impressed with the overall service from ordering and the choice of payments, delivery was quick, also I had to return one of the items and Matalan took care of informing klarna ( which I would normally have to do when shopping elsewhere) for me in a matter of an hour! I would definitely recommend Matalan and will be ordering again soon!

Slight dissapointment

Ordering and being kept informed was great.Not good was the state of the parcel was not sogood.Package damaged ,dresses all crunched up in thecorner of the bag,took the pleasure out of it.I know it wasnot your
delivery company as I have these alot and theydont
ever deliver to me in this condition.
