Shockingly poor customer service lets them down
The products are pricey and God help you if you have a problem with them in any way because their Customer Service is shockingly non existent. They don’t answer emails or phone calls, they don’t respond to messages on their website either. Such a shame. I have a very expensive order that’s gone missing in transit and I can’t get through to anyone to discuss this. Won’t be buying from them again

Don’t order anything from Debenhams!!
My order arrived on time, but was not what I wanted so I sent it back and asked for my money back. I’m still waiting for a full refund almost 2 months (and many many unanswered emails) later!
