MoonPig / CompleteSave
MoonPig / CompleteSave
Sent a bunch of Cards/Presents via MoonPig. After paying with Card you are taken to the CompleteSave Site who try to sign you up for Discount, Cashback etc. No good to me as I live in Spain, so closed the site without giving any details.
Month later, CompleteSave take £15 take from my Credit Card that I used for my MoonPig account.
No membership confirmation.No communication whatsoever.
Contacted MoonPig who weren't interested and just told me to contact CompleteSave. MoonPig refused to answer how CompleteSave got my Card Details.
I was lucky as I caught it on the first payment and canceled straight away. Others have been paying £15/month for nothing for months/years.
Be careful when you enter that CompleteSave Page.
