From start to finish it was EXCELLENT
From start to finish it was EXCELLENT. Every step was clear, updates at each point. The finance was sorted for us and the car was driven to us and dropped off at home by a polite professional team. We even got a key ring, water bottle AND a brolly! Couldn't recommend them more

Review of British Gas
Frustrating
I have just recently been transferred to British Gas after you bought out the company I was with. I didn't mind this except its been over a month and it's still not right. Only the gas has transferred and online that said it is being cancelled the electricity account has not shown up at all. I have phoned on many occasions but am then transferred to the chat window, I go through the problem and am told someone will get back to me, No one does. I contact again no phones and transferred to chat window and go through the problem again....I was then told I need to phone.....I phone aaannnd get transferred to a chat window. haha it's super frustrating. Also, I don't think my smart meter is going to work and can't find out how to get one that will so I don't have to go to the spider kingdom of meter land every week.
