Ordered via outdoorheld.uk then found this is a front for an Austrian company. Placed order , nothing happened so after a week asked "why?" - AI response - dealing with order volume. Eventually arrived but without instructions. E mailed and had them by return - no regrets.
Gilet is fine, heating is effective, price after discount is good

Order tracking did not advance beyond manufacturing. After waiting 4 days I contacted them and a "bot" told me that they didn't know where my order was. I complained and was passed to a human who took 10 minutes to tell me to wait to see what happened. They then sent me an email telling me to wait and not contact them again! The following day their "shipping partner" delivered the jigsaw. Absolute shambles. The jigsaw is well printed but on very thin card and unlikely to last long. Lastly I do not like .UK sites fronting a foreign company

The company response to this review was that they would contact me - good job I did not hold my breath!!

Friendly staff who know their product. When I advised 2 changes to the bike - shock absorbers and running lights - the underwriters declined, but the staff found another product with the same underwriters and the transaction was completed. Really happy with Bike sure - so I don't go looking for something possibly cheaper

I don't give it 5 stars as I found the site had too much info on the pages making the progress to purchase slower than I thought necessary

The paperwork is curious in that you have to search for the Call Centre number to call - think it should be much clearer as it would be a pain to find if I needed help

Only get 4* because their online system to access documents relies on me having a mobile phone - I do but it doesn't work in my Welsh valley. Won't interact with my computer so its Royal Mail for me

In early January you said we would get our cucumber plants in May - and thats what happened. So you kept your word and sent plants properly packaged and in apparent good health

Easy ordering - came in a sturdy big box. Not 5 stars because the kit had not been adequately padded. so had opened and the contents were loose in the big box

Lakeland e mailed to say it was shipped am 5 Dec, but your tracking email said you were waiting for it - until we complained to Lakeland on Thursday pm, then all of a sudden you had it and delivered Saturday - strange that

Your staff were helpful AND kept their word when they said they would phone back - I felt wanted as a returning customer
