I've had a great experience with Nurosym customer services, both the AI bot via email and the human support. The response times are fast and they have been very helpful. They also offered a clinical specialist who has been very helpful and pragmatic.
I have noticed an increase in baseline HRV. I am feeling more resilient. I also had a decent improvement in my ESR levels. The ESR is now optimal. It's interesting there's studies showing it can reduce inflammation after 4 months use. I'll update again once I've used the device for 4 months.
I would very much recommend the device and their excellent customer service

Hi RP,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with Nurosym.
We're really pleased to hear that you've had such a positive experience with both our support and clinical teams, and that you've already started to notice some encouraging changes.
It's great to hear that you're planning to continue tracking your progress over the coming months, and we'd love to hear how you get on.
Thank you again for your recommendation, and if you ever need anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out.
EDIT: I've changed this to 3 stars as there were errors by Plum and HSBC in the transfer of this ISA. I was communicating with the online help who said they'd recieved an email from HSBC. They then proceeded to tell me to ask HSBC for the internal email they used to email Plum with the isa tranfer form and for plums internal email the transfer form was sent to. Obviously this is beyond ridiculous. They should just reply to the email they recieved asking those questions. I pointed this out, only then did things start rolling. Once they actually replied to HSBC the transfer moved quickly. But obviously they'd wasted a lot of my time and it's clear they are allergic to replying to HSBCs email queries. I got a message saying "please rate out AI help" or something to that effect so it's definitely AI bot app replying.
Original post: I wouldn't transfer or open isa with Plum Fintech because when you want to transfer them elsewhere they're incompetent. Best to keep your ISA and savings elsewhere. A month has passed, the new bank has sent the request twice yet they keep claiming it's not recieved. As far as I can tell their staffing /AI responses are not worth your stress or time.

Greetings,
We apologize for the frustration you have experienced with your ISA transfer. We strive to provide a smooth and efficient service, and we understand that your experience has not met these standards.
We have thoroughly searched our systems using all the information you provided. Despite these extensive checks, we have not received any ISA transfer request from your previous provider.
When ISA transfers are submitted electronically and correctly, they typically appear in our system. The absence of any record, despite your provider’s confirmation that the transfer was sent, suggests that the transfer has not successfully reached us through the proper channels. This may indicate that the transfer was sent to incorrect details, there was a technical issue on the sender’s side, or the transfer was initiated but not fully submitted.
We have contacted you directly to discuss this matter and recommend the next steps. We are committed to resolving this issue as soon as the transfer is received through the correct channels.
We remain available to assist you and look forward to resolving this promptly.
I have been told by the transferring isa bank they have not recieved the transfer form from HSBC. I have had many phone calls with hsbc customer service wasting 30 to 45 mins or more each time. They don't listen and this has not been resolved. I need someone competent to look at this as I now regret banking with HSBC. I've had so much false information provided, staff do not listen and are poorly trained. I will be taking my money elsewhere at the earliest opportunity.

The gratitude books are lovely and the personalised option is great not only for purchases for myself but also those for friends. The other useful thing would be to add a mood range in them so someone can track their mood. They can actively see if gratitude is helping their mood

We're happy to hear that you find the gratitude books lovely, especially the personalized option. We appreciate your suggestion to add a mood range for tracking; it's valuable feedback as we consider future improvements.
The delivery was excellent as it arrived the next day. I had an issue accessing the website login so customer services dealt with it really well. I am happy with the service provided. Thank you

Nina was very helpful before I decided which tests to order. I didn't want to spend a lot so she asked the team and they recommended the sibo test if I wanted to keep spend down. This is very honest as the advanced stool test is double the price.
I ended up going for the advanced stool test. It was very insightful and some of the advice was very helpful. I'm in the process of working through the advice and have found the digestive enzymes very helpful and effective. Will update this review when I have finished the herbal remedies.
The only words of warning I'd provide is the herbs can he very expensive, they are high quality, but just bear this in mind before you order the test.

I bought the Nimbus A1 Hungarian Goose Down Pillow from an authorised reseller less than two ago. I expect a pillow worth more than £100 to last quite a while. The pillow is making loud squeaking noises when pressed. I sent the video of this (the noise can be heard clearly) to fine bedding company. They said nothing can be done because it was only sold with a 1 year warranty. No concern about it being faulty; it didn't last as per requirements for an expensive product under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Of course a squeaking pillow can't be used so it's completely useless now less than 2 years after purchase. The company's warranty isn't more important than legal statutory rights. I don't recommend anyone buys from this company as no help when things go wrong.
I initally gave an incorrect opening reading. This was dealt with well. However I then made the mistake of asking a question about it via email. They seem to reply without reading the file or thinking.
They had previously told me that the discrepancy was "within tolerance" so nothing would be done.
I asked whether I would be charged for gas after a certain value had been reached.
Their response was we can change your opening reading. This would result in me being charged twice for the same gas usage.
The response didn't answer my question and would leave me paying twice for same gas usage.
Their reads team should have looked at the file rather than giving an answer on face value. It's such a waste of time.
I used to be with ovo and I'd say things have gone downhill.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
My name is Dave and I work in the Trustpilot team at OVO, I'm really disappointed to hear you're unhappy with the response to your email.
If a reading is disputed, we would update this and share it with your new supplier, so they open your account to so the same reading we use to close your account. This is to avoid paying for the same energy twice during the switch.
I'd like to have a closer look at your account to give you a full explanation as to what has happened.
I've sent you a private message asking for some further details so I can find your account. If you could reply to this when it's convenient for you please, I'll investigate and update your review as soon as I can.
Thanks, Dave
UPDATE
Thanks for providing those details.
I can see you have been in touch with our Customer Care team who have investigated this for you.
If your opening or closing readings have been estimated, or given incorrectly, this can cause a discrepancy to your statement.
If there's a large difference between the estimated reads, and your actual reading, we would be able to raise a read dispute on your account.
There is a threshold, and if the difference is less than the industry tolerance we are not able to dispute the reading. You can find out more information on this here: https://forum.ovoenergy.com/switching-suppliers-and-moving-home-144/my-opening-meter-reading-is-within-tolerance-what-does-this-mean-1690.
Instead of disputing the reading, we would credit your account the difference in rates so you're not left out of pocket.
If you could send us a copy of your final statement from your previous supplier to hello@ovoenergy.com, we can check this for you.
Fit2Travel have decided to not refund bookings when FCO advises against all travel or "all but essential travel". Disgusting company. Avoid at all costs.
