Unfortunately my experience is very negative. Options advertised (like Klarna) were not available during purchase. Shop immediately made purchase before I could review it. I have been trying to contact customer service, but it does not exist. Online chat is obsolete (nobody available for whole day), no responses to emails, no responses on social media messengers, and no phone number, which makes me immediately suspicious.
Is this an expensive mistake?

Neat device but the earclip doesn't fit…
Neat device but the earclip doesn't fit well and keeps sliding off my tragus which makes it not a very relaxing experience. Been using it about a month now. Can't tell if it's helping yet.

Worked for pain if not for sleep (yet)
The device arrived promptly. I was excited to try it to see if it improved my HRV and reduced sleep disturbances.
I tried it 30 mins am and 30 mins evening for 3 weeks. Nothing changed so I sought advice from their customer service. I received a considered response from a doctor on their team. I followed their suggestion and changed to just using in the morning. Still no change to HRV or sleep in the week before I could have got a refund. Nonetheless I decided to keep it because it does measurably reduce blood pressure and it makes me feel relaxed.
Then the game changer on week 5. After a long car journey, I got a recurrence of the back pain I used to suffer from all the time. The next day I spent from 8am to 5pm in increasing agony until I tried Nurosym for 30 minutes and the pain just went. I spend the rest of the evening without pain and woke up the next day with no pain. I can’t believe it. I’m crying with relief just thinking of it.
Having looked at quite a few of the research papers, the evidence is weaker than suggested by their marketing. Yes there are a lot of studies but they are mostly small, in specific populations, and short term. However I found the response from the doctor that chatted to me on email did not oversell the evidence.
Overall I’d say this is a promising device, if not a panacea. I’m going to keep using it and who knows maybe I’ll see results on HRV or sleep after a few months use.

Would not be without it and excellent customer service
I got this over a year ago for the free 30 day trial, convinced it would be going back because of the cost. By the end of the 30 days, there was no way I was returning it. It accompanied me on many flights abroad, through my cancer treatment. When I start feeling that wired but tired feeling or anxious, I realise it is because I have stopped using it. So consistency is key. 30 mins morning and 30 mins evening. I have noticed it helps with my stomach too.
Now onto the customer service. Customer service is a reflection of the brand and my experience with them is 5 star! My device had developed a rattle - about 14 months into owning it. The device still worked fine but it seemed like something was loose. I contacted CS and they asked for a recording. Once I had sent it they sent me out an immediate replacement, with continuous updates from Aldrin as to what was happening. Thanks for all your help Aldrin.

The product design, packaging and technology is superb, however regrettably it did not suit my specific needs. The return and credit process is seamless, with amazing Nurobot handling most of it and the occasional human looking in for oversight.

Using Nurosym for 3 weeks
I ordered the Nurosym because i suffer from inflammation and fatigue due to an autoimmune disease. It has taken a little while to get used to it. I wasnt sure what to listen for at the beginning and wasted over a week not hearing anything. I've had it for about 3 weeks now and I'm trying to use it regularly. I think it is too soon to tell if there has been a positive change or not.

I’ve had a very positive experience…
I’ve had a very positive experience with Nurosym so far. Their service is excellent and very professional. The time between placing my order and receiving the device was surprisingly short.
Whenever I have a question, I can easily reach out to their team and always receive a helpful response within a day. They were also able to provide me with an invoice upon request.
As for the Nurosym device itself, it’s still too early for me to comment on the results, as I’ve only just received it. But when it comes to customer service and the overall experience with the company, I’m very impressed. Highly recommended!

I bought Nurosym to calm done my nervus…
I bought Nurosym to calm done my nervus vagus and I believe that it helps.
What Nurosym can do better is to memorise the setting, instead of having to set it everytime you begin.
Another thing I would like is a audio sound to tell the session is finished.

I sent it back
I sent it back. After two weeks it was clear the clip pinched too hard. For such an expensive product I would expect to get something adjustable, or a range of earclips to find a good fit. I was also dissatisfied with the instructions which simply said „increase until it tingles“. How could I do that when just putting the earclip on itself caused a sharp pinching feeling. Also, in the rather complicated return process there is no option to select feeling worse after using the product, just better or unsure.

Faulty earpiece and poor aftersales support
The earpiece on my device is faulty and after completing the checks requested by customer service they have stopped responding to my messages, so here I am along with many other customers who have had the same issue with aftersales support. For the cost of this product I would expect better service than this.

Excellent Device
Excellent Device - Takes a minmum of 3 weeks to start working. I used it every morning for 30 mins when I got out of bed and 30mins 2 hours before sleep for 3 weeks and since then the effect is incredible. Much less stressed than I used to be.

I've had a great experience with Nurosym customer services, both the AI bot via email and the human support. The response times are fast and they have been very helpful. They also offered a clinical specialist who has been very helpful and pragmatic.
I have noticed an increase in baseline HRV. I am feeling more resilient. I also had a decent improvement in my ESR levels. The ESR is now optimal. It's interesting there's studies showing it can reduce inflammation after 4 months use. I'll update again once I've used the device for 4 months.
