There are a great number of questions, so before you contact Grapple, I would strongly advise having all dates and information to hand. This will make life MUCH easier for you.

Canon RF100-500 lens. Ordered 20/2/26, delivered 10/3/26. Lens is fantastic, and great value at approximately 50% of Canon’s store price. I had to chase Cameriz for a progress update a couple of times. They answered very promptly. Part of the issue was the ‘Shop’ app, which wasn’t very informative- just seemed to want to sell you something, rather than track the order. Also the parcel was incorrectly sized and consequently underpaid, so there was an outstanding fee which slowed the delivery. Overall I’m happy, but would take the delivery times as a guide . I would use them again. This is an unprompted and totally independent review.

I’ve used Bulk many times, and find their products to be of good quality. My most recent order had some small problems which were swiftly resolved by their customer service team. I’m very happy with the way it was handled, and will certainly order from them again.

Excellent service. Colin arrived as agreed and quickly got to work. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. He explained what he was testing and how the results lead to a diagnosis of the problem. After a series of tests he identified the problem and explained how to fix it. Mine turned out not to be the DPF. He gave me details of the exact part needed and the cost. I found him to be a very pleasant person, and his price was extremely reasonable. (I’ve had poor experiences at some other garages and was concerned that I would be ripped off). I highly recommend DPF DR. Thanks very much.

Good delivery and service. I ordered the Banana flavour whey protein. I should have checked the ingredients, so my fault, but loses a point for containing Sucralose which I would otherwise avoid.

I had to access the site numerous times/days before it worked correctly.
I also am dubious about buying tickets and paying some kind of admin/handling charge. These organisations seem to have applied the supermarket principle to ticket touting and driven out the honest to goodness touts, steamrollering them by making their money on an ‘economy of scale’ business model. Just sayin’ 😉

I went back to Bulk after using Bodybuilding Warehouse for a few years. This was all down to pricing. I haven’t used the Bulk product yet, but they were always good quality in the past, hence I gave 4 stars rather than 5. Free delivery in 3 days, which was fine for me. I did try Protein Works once, but thought them highly priced, and very poor quality.

Great product at a very reasonable price. Ordered engine oil for my VW Transporter. Very pleased with the quality. Fast delivery. Excellent customer service.Will certainly use them again.

I waited for a few weeks to check the germination rates of the 20ish different types of seeds that I bought. I’m very pleased to say that germination rates have been excellent. Very reasonable prices too. Happy to recommend them.

I ordered Whey80 protein twice recently. Both times arrived next day. I HATE artificial sweet tasting protein drinks. (I normally use Bulk unflavoured). I’ve tried Smooth Chocolate, Italian Vanilla, Strawberries and Cream, Cookies and Cream, and Banana. They’ve all tasted fine, and mixed well with the supplied shaker. They are well priced compared to others and IMHO are better quality than many more expensive brands, notably Proteinworks. I’m going to be using these for the foreseeable.

I tried the French Vanilla on an introductory offer. Thankfully I only had two small packs. The taste was a bit synthetic and sweet for me. They did not mix well and were lumpy and chalky. I’ve tried lots of protein powders. I don’t recommend this at all. Very overpriced and poor quality. Spend your money elsewhere.

Update: they have contacted me, after I put a sarky comment which I’ve since removed. They will send me another sample. I will feedback on this.

Latest update:
I received replacement packs of 360 protein. In fairness customer service was good, after I gave them a poor review. I’ve now tried Salted Caramel Bandit, which was ok, but a bit grainy/floury, and Chocolate Silk, which was noticeably grainy and floury - it didn’t mix well (I followed their mixing instructions). Both weren’t too sweet.
Overall I wouldn’t buy any of these again due to very high price, texture of shakes and value for money compared to other brands. I tried the shakes on some sportspersons whom I work with, they weren’t keen either.
