As a 50 something female that hasn’t had to use tools / garden equipment before have found that these are the easiest to use. The pictorial step by step set up guides and instructions to get going have really helped too. I can’t fault how the website is so customer friendly with full descriptions and videos of each item. I have a growing collection of drills and gardening equipment so far.

The loss of weight is helping with joint pain.

Great customer friendly website, the order arrived packaged well and still frozen. Easy cooking instructions and the cooked pasty’s are very tasty. Would recommend. I ordered Beef and Lamb pasty’s and some sausage rolls. All a good size with lots of filling. Be already put my second order in with a bonus of a free cream tea.

The collars, leads, harnesses, poop bags are all so well designed. I’m waiting for my puppy to fit the ones I got for her. 5* for quality, 5* for service and speed of delivery. Fabulous designs.

The ordering process was very customer friendly and the fridge I ordered arrived with lin 3 business days. The fridge itself exceeded my expectations and can hold a lot more than I thought.

First class, I’ve been ordering for years and my dogs and cats love the variety meat, fish and birds. The delivery drivers are always very friendly and helpful too. The different sizes off portions is very helpful for singular pet owners.

Great service as usual, thus order was for bed linen and curtains super fast deliver of these quality items.

Sorry to give 1 star, I’m sure the racking would be nice but UPS let the company down and failed to deliver. Stating no known address trust me the address is correct, just because we do not have a house number our house has a name. If they had contacted me I could have given them directions or what3words. But they chose to fail to deliver on the last attempt I requested a refund.

12/07/2024 Over 3 months been waiting now. Still no part received- what is a freezer without a door good for????
It would be no Star if you could select that.
Ordered an upright freezer in December 22. The bottom door hinge broke in March contacted them in April as my husband could not find a part fit it. Registered the problem and still no part available now because it’s only hinged on the top the door has now dropped, it has to propped up. The door now will not stay closed so lost half freezer full of meat.
I am so upset at this service. I have a freezer that is not fit for purpose. And have been told the guarantee is only for parts not Labour or exchange. Well I will be asking Trading Standards about this on Monday.

I would give zero starts as it’s 23/12/2022 with family arriving tomorrow. Dining table and chairs ordered in October told it would be here before Xmas. Well it arrived today and two chairs have no legs. Great for family to now have to sit on the floor for Xmas dinner.
The table and chairs came in bits. If I wanted to build a table I’d have gone to IKEA. Not happy at all.

I ordered on the 2nd October 22, waited for deliver as the dispatch stated it was on route. Got emails saying it was delayed. Ordered from elsewhere as needed the cleaning products to clean house before moving to new house. I rang this morning as still not arrived. Customer service offered a refund straight away with apologies for the list parcel. Refund hit my account within 5 mins. I cannot fault the company.
