Weight loss with Bolt Pharmacy
I have had my entire weight loss journey with Bolt and the team are always quick to help or manage a problem.
I recently had a problem with my delivery as I was going to be on holiday when my next script was due.
The meds were sent too early but the team at Bolt managed to recall the item.
Once I was home I requested my delivery and I received it the following day.

24 /7 HELP
I have had to message the pharmacy numerous times at silly o’clock as I’m a night shift worker, and they have replied immediately & with great understanding.

Poor customer service for missing items.
After an issue of a missing item from my order was brought to Bolts attention nearly 7 days ago, I still haven’t received a replacement. Bolt are quick to take the money and have plenty excuses but still no actual replacement. This is something to take into consideration when using Bolt. I’m a new customer and this has definitely made me question how they operate.

So far so bad customer service is…
So far so bad customer service is terrible delivery is a joke I’ve had nothing but issues currently waiting on my resupply that never got delivered then they reordered it which still hasn’t been sent 9 days I’ve been waiting.
When I complained I just get we are so sorry we are going to sort it and get you an update but I never get an update I have to chase them again and I get the same generic reply again and again. I have paid hundreds of pounds with no product
