Appalling experience from the outset
Appalling experience from the outset. I don't know what I was paying for given they were so much more expensive than other providers. I tried to delay my 3rd pen - they took the payment anyway and sent the mounjaro out when I had expressly asked them not to. Their customer service is useless - apparently the information their app about ordering deadlines is not correct. I am now £264 out of pocket and totally put off by the whole experience.

Thank you to the Voy Team for replying so promptly to my review. The matter of poor packaging will be raised with their handler. I am very impressed with the efficiency in which this has been handled
The package arrived exactly on time. No problem at all. However the box was inadequately secured and open at the top! I wasn’t sure ( until I opened it up properly) whether or not everything was secure inside!! As it happens all the elements were there. I’ve taken a photo but don’t know how to show it to you. Anyway — all is well!!😊
