I ordered a tri-fold bathroom mirror for my brand new bathroom and when it arrived via FedEx it arrived damaged. I notified Wellfor customer service via phone and email of this issue and per a conversation I had with a customer service associate, I was told that a replacement mirror would be sent. It has been a week and I have not received my replacement mirror or even an email confirmation that a new one is on its way. I have called customer service multiple and left voicemails and still no answer. I am now going to be seeking a refund for order.

I ordered a medicine cabinet directly from Wellfor. I needed it urgently for my home and in my order asked if I could pay extra for faster shipping to receive by end of the week. I got a message from the company less than an hour after my order, to say that they are located close to me and will ship first in AM to get to it me on time, and no extra fees needed. I was in a bind, and I really appreciated the quick and very friendly message. Honestly I wasn’t expecting a message from them bc customer service these days are so spotty everywhere else! I’ll update the review on the products themselves once I receive them, but found these to be beautiful and quality looking without breaking the bank. Excited to get them!

The full experience has been cigar worthy. The shipment was a beast! The medicine cabinet was packed like a precious egg - wrapped in soft, cushioning foam pieces 3" thick all ensconced in a 1/2" thick MDF case which added about 210 pounds to the 70ish pounds that the cabinet has on it's own.
It arrived sooner than expected :-D
The doors are as substantial as you would want. The hinges easily handle the heft of each door.
I opted to do the installation as inset in the studs. This did require substantial rerouting of vent pipes, PEX tubing to the faucets and installation of supporting studs. This also impacted the OTHER side of the wall requiring some drywall repair (to be expected). You never know what is behind a wall till you cut a hole so ...
The carpenter has installed quite a few of these types of cabinets. Typically using the French cleat method directly on the existing wall, fastened to the studs. They noted that this product is the best they'd ever encountered. The shelving is solid, secure and adjustable (those tall bottles of lotions and potions will fit).

Replaced broken parts ! Responsive to concerns!

Found them online. Ordered a 60x36 recessed vanity mirror. It came in a timely order very well packaged and it looks beautiful. And if I needed another mirror, I would order from them again.

Ordered 24x36 medicine cabinet arrived with a slight hairline crack in the lighting fixture but was only noticeable if you were really looking for it *im extremely picky*
Messaged them about it the only thing they asked for was pics of proof once they verified it they confirmed replacement would be sent out once back in stock.
Received the replacement ahead of given time frame everything is exactly as it should be
Would definitely buy from this company again

Ordered to medicine cabinets. They arrived promptly. One was very damaged. Although it was a bit frustrating, WELLFOR customer service was very helpful, easy to get in touch with, and prompt in their response. I received a brand new item within about 7 days. I felt they were very responsive to my issue so I have to give them 5 stars despite the broken item. Stuff happens sometimes, but again, they were fast to replace.

wow what a beautiful set of mirrors, I purchased the 3 mirror set, I love that you can open up the mirror and there is a mirror inside where the shelves are and also on the inside of the mirror itself, great for putting on skin creams and make up. Thank you so much for a beautiful addition to my new bathroom!

Box was damaged when it arrived. Everything was fine with the product and customer set was very helpful. excellent

I bought lighted medicine cabinets from Welfor. They are well made and beautiful and reasonably priced. I particularly like that they have mirrored inside doors and built in outlets both regular and UBS
One of the side mirror panels arrived chipped but Crist from customer service responded promptly and sent a replacement. The replacement unfortunately arrived cracked. I texted Crist at Welfor and he responded that another panel will be shipped asap
I will write an update with pictures when the panel arrives and is installed

Exception customer service! The side mirror of the lighted medicine cabinet arrived cracked. Wellfor immediately sent a replacement to me. On top of that, we are happily enjoying the set of 2 lighted medicine cabinets we purchased. Great quality and beautiful in our renovated bathroom!

I purchased a Wellfor shower door and had a problem with a part of it. I contacted Wellfor customer service, very pleasant experience and within 2 days they had shipped a replacement at no charge! Super nice to have this problem handled so well, Thank You Wellfor!

We have a small bathroom in an old house, so installing the medicine cabinet over the plumbing and electrical wiring was a challenge. The customer support team asked all the right questions to identify the parts needed and sent them to us promptly. We couldn't have had a better experience!

I recently purchased a shower head with a wand and valve for a bathroom remodel. As with most fixtures or appliances parts will be needed to be serviced or replaced. I make it a habit to source these items in advance so they are readily available in the future. I inquired about a replacement cartage for the shower unit and Welfor sent me out a unit in just a manner of days. I was quite impressed with their understanding and quick response to my request. The cartage arrived in a few days. Great Job!

I was having renovations done in my house and the workers mistakenly threw out a part to the beautiful bathroom cabinet we purchased. The store I purchased it from could not help me so I called the company directly and they immediately sent me the part that was missing.
