Asked for help with remote....sent…
Asked for help with remote....sent videos and such of the remote not working, was told to troubleshoot shoot and all that. Instead of being helped I got the run around. I asked for new remotes and they needed further info, then out of nowhere, I get an email saying your company would need me to send them back for repair but I did not receive an email stating this? And where is yhe mail slip to ship em? Is that cost on me niw? I am confused So a little clear help would be real nice!!!! But I guess we will see ?

We have reviewed the enquiries we have received from you and can see that multiple new tickets have been submitted. Unfortunately, we have not received a response to the emails we sent regarding each of these tickets. We provided pairing instructions and specifically asked whether these had resolved the issue, but we did not receive a response confirming whether the instructions had worked.
We have also been unable to find any email from us requesting that you return your remotes for repair. If you could provide us with the ticket number or details of the enquiry where you believe we requested this, we will be more than happy to investigate this further.
We are still very willing to resolve the issue for you and get your remotes working. Please respond to the emails associated with your existing ticket so our support team can continue assisting you and avoid any further confusion

only reason giving a one star review is no phone number to contact. everything thru email which it worked but took 3 days for me to find out what part I need it and put in order.

Wow I was really impressed with my purchase. I feel like I got a great deal. A 12.5 winch, synthetic rope, two remotes for the price was great. I ordered it mid morning and it arrived the next afternoon! Crazy! Really happy with the quality. Wrecker Rick endorsed it so that why I was looking at the winch.

Winch cover price ridiculous.
Bought a car hauler in March of 2026 that came with a warrior winch. So far the winch works great except for the wireless remote, if one car is on the trailer it blocks the signal going to the receiver, very frustrating when loading inop cars & the winch won’t work. I’ve moved the receiver back to the center of the trailer, we’ll see if that helps. My main gripe tho is the $70 cover that, after only 5 months, is completely faded & dry rotting ! I can get a cheap $20 cover off of Amazon that will last about a year. 🤷🏼♂️
