Terribly slow customer service
One of the parts received wasn't even remotely close and no one will call me back to complete my order. I have called several times now asking for parts since I can't look them up on your website (model isn't in the searchable system unless I already know the part number, which is what I am calling trupar for). I just need a main lift mast seal and a tilt cylinder seal... Surely with how boastfully confident your website language is, you could source these for me (so far you can not). I don't normally like to leave revealing reviews but if your system is going to harass me for my feedback faster than your employees can call me back, I am going to share my honest experience.

Failed Promises!
The representative I dealt with was excellent! He was able to ship my replacement starter right away, but he also had to send through a warranty call tag for the malfunctioning starter. I have not seen or heard anything regarding the failed starter! I know it left his hands but who ever is supposed to handle it has not! Not a good business practice, I know as a warranty it may be rejected but how about a try??
