After emailing Sylvox and explaining my problem with my tv, I sent some pictures and a video explaining what was wrong. The team answered all my emails promptly. A replacement tv will be on its way. Thank you Sylvox and Yishu for taking care of their customers. Great service!

Well 65” pool pro tv arrived with broken screen, but…the process for getting a new one shipped out was made very easy by Ian. Here’s to hoping for a better FedEx experience.

I purchased a Sylvbox Outdoor TV, which is terrific!!
I had a problem with it 6 months later, and I called customer service. They identified the problem and shipped me a new TV, along with a return label for the old one.

Doesn't respond to any messages. Broken remote due to using non splash proof screws. No answer to countless emails to the support team.

TV arrived with a dead pixel in the middle of the screen. Apparently this is "acceptable" according to their engineers. Eventually sylvox agreed to ship another tv. Same problem.

I now have a tv sitting in my house to be returned, but no one from the company know how to organise a return OR reply to an email within a week.

The customer service has been appauling and the TV quality is far from acceptable.

I've been really impressed with this Sylvox TV. The picture quality is great, the colors are vivid, and it's bright - even outdoors. Setup was quick and painless, and the smart features work smoothly without any lag.

Build quality feels solid and well-made, and the sound is surprisingly good for a built-in speaker system. It's clear Sylvox put real thought into the design.

Great value for the price, and it's held up perfectly with daily use. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reliable TV, and I'd happily buy from this brand again.

I purchased my product from Walmart. The delivery was fast and the product arrived in tact. The TV was easy to install and update. I like the apps provided by Google because they have all the streaming apps I use. I purchased the 43” ultra - narrow bezel and I really like the screen view. This tv fits perfectly on my screened porch. I highly recommend Sylvia for your outside tv entertainment.

Our Elf S2 soundbar remote got ruined after being left outside during a storm. I reached out to Sylox customer service not expecting much, but they were fantastic — quick to respond, easy to work with, and immediately arranged a replacement remote with no hassle or runaround.

The replacement hasn't arrived yet, but based on how smoothly and promptly they've handled everything so far, I have no doubts it'll show up as promised. It's refreshing to deal with a company that treats a simple mistake like this as a simple fix rather than a headache.

From the first time I contacted customer service the response was very quick and most helpful. After finding the various bits and pieces required to verify my purchase and providing a video of the problem I am now expecting a replacement with a return label. All this has been carried out by the wonderful Yishu in a most constructive and helpful manner.

I had issue with the size I received for a TV cover and they were quick to respond and get the right one!

My outdoor TV arrived with a broken screen on a Saturday. I took pictures and sent them in to Sylvox. I was contacted Monday for additional pictures and by Tuesday a new TV was on the way and a pick-up order was sent. Ian did a great job in a very timely manner. Thank you Ian.

I purchased a 50" Sylvox partial sun outdoor TV. It is on my covered patio. The picture is very bright and the TV protects the electronics from the elements. It works well with my existing bluetooth speaker and runs well with my Roku stick. It does have built-in speakers and its own steaming apps built-in as well. I'm really happy with my purchase!

I purchased a Sylvox 65" Full Sun Outdoor TV and Elf 2 soundbar and the TV was damaged during the delivery process. My customer experience representative (Sally) was wonderful and had a replacement TV delivered to my home within days. The TV is wonderful. It is approximately 30 lbs. lighter than the previous TV I had. It also has two nice handles on the back of the TV that enable you to lift and place on the TV mount without risking touching the front TV panel. The picture is very bright and clear, and the sound is wonderful. I have two constructive comments to help Sylvox improve the experience. I hooked the HDMI cable to the soundbar and the eArc HDMI input on the TV, but there was no sound / signal. The soundbar instructions make no reference to the CEC setting that must be turned on to enable the connection, so it took me a while to figure this out. My second comment is that when you mount the soundbar to the TV, the 65" cover does not cover the TV and the soundbar together.

My customer service experience was beyond wonderful. They solved an issue for me in a way that makes me glad to own multiple Slyvox products. Will definitely continue with this company.

Though the wait time was long on the phone the woman who answered more than made up for the wait. She was kind and knowledgeable. I gave her my information and requested a new remote because ours is not working correctly. She couldn’t have been any kinder and I highly recommend this company for your outdoor TV.

Very satisfied start to finish. Ordering was easy. I was updated on status of my order while in transit. I purchased installation for a TV cart and that went very well. Most importantly, the TV works great even with the South Florida sun in July, the picture is crisp. Any questions that I had during the process were addressed within 24 hours. Extremely satisfied with product and company.
