Awful customer service and unrealistic delivery promises
I ordered a carpet with an advertised delivery time of 3–5 working days and chose UPS as the delivery provider. There was no update on the expected delivery date. Instead, two days later, I received a call from the UPS driver saying he was on the way with the carpet, but I wasn't home because it wasn't the scheduled day.
The same thing happened two more times - the promised delivery dates seemed to be completely ignored, and the package kept arriving on random days. To make matters worse, UPS eventually marked a delivery attempt as "unsuccessful" even though I was at home all day waiting. Nobody rang the doorbell or called me.
After a lot of back and forth with Rugvista customer service, their only solution was to ask me to collect the carpet from a pickup point myself. Despite the failed delivery attempts and the inconvenience caused, they offered no compensation whatsoever or even a goodwill gesture- I guess for them such experience is a standard practice.
Poor communication, unreliable delivery, and unhelpful customer service -package returned to sender.

While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates and work with trusted carriers such as UPS, we acknowledge that in this case the coordination and communication did not meet expectations.
Regarding the delivery attempts, we have checked the information available from the carrier, and in some cases UPS may attempt delivery earlier than expected depending on route planning. We also regret the situation where a delivery was marked as unsuccessful despite you being available, as this is clearly not the experience we want for our customers.
We fully understand your disappointment with the handling of the shipment and the inconvenience caused by the return to sender. We are continuously working with our logistics partners to improve delivery reliability and communication to avoid situations like this in the future.

WORST customer experience ever
WORST customer experience ever: I still haven’t received my rug, despite almost 3 weeks of delivery delay and numerous email exchanges with customer service. Both the customer service team and the carrier (Fedex) have been unable to provide clear information, and I still have no update on my package.
On top of that, customer service has only offered me a 15% refund and keeps asking me to wait while they try to locate my order.
I am extremely disappointed with my Rugvista experience and will never order from this website again.

We appreciate that waiting almost three weeks for a delivery, while receiving contradictory information regarding the parcel's location, is far from the level of service you expected and deserved. We also understand how frustrating it has been to spend time contacting both our customer service team and FedEx without receiving a definitive resolution.
Throughout this process, we have remained in continuous contact with FedEx and have repeatedly requested updates, clarification regarding the parcel's whereabouts, and a resolution to the delivery issue. Unfortunately, despite our efforts and multiple escalations, FedEx has been unable to provide reliable information regarding the location of the shipment or complete the delivery successfully.
While we initially offered a 15% goodwill compensation during the carrier's investigation, we fully understand that the situation ultimately went beyond a simple delivery delay. Since FedEx has been unable to locate the parcel and provide a satisfactory solution, we have now requested a full refund of your order.
We understand that this does not change the inconvenience, disappointment, and time that this situation has caused you. Nevertheless, we would like to assure you that we have done everything possible on our side to work with the carrier and resolve the matter before reaching this conclusion.
We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service we strive to provide to our customers. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be taken seriously as we continue to evaluate our delivery partners and internal processes.
Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
