Beware before purchasing. We bought the Flausch Mono Schnee Carpet and it looked great when first delivered and laid out on our living room.

However, after roughly only 4 months of light use (we live in a household of just 2 adults and we do not walk past this area with this carpet a lot), we noticed that the softness and “snow” look of the carpet began to wear off. In addition, we also noticed that many pieces of fibre from the carpet would fall off and spread all around the floor of the living room. It was almost like having a white dog or cat shedding fur around the apartment – only, we do not have pets.

Since then (it is now around 8 months), the carpet has started to look worse and worse and the fibres have become less and less. The “fluff” from the initial purchase is also gone.
Whilst the delivery was good and within the promised time, I am quite disappointed with the purchase as it does not seem to last and I would need to purchase a new carpet for this area now. To add to it, this carpet was not cheap. We have other similar carpets from other known brands which have lasted longer than this one.

Sharing my experience for everyone who might be considering purchasing this carpet, as I have the “long term” experience of just 8 months.

The ordering and delivery of my new rug was super easy and the communication was always clear and concise. I felt like I was in good hands, with a real person to contact if I had any questions. Which I didn't, because the article arrived very quickly! I am very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this shop, and its products.

I have a few teppana carpets at home. They do prove to be very sturdy and easy to take care of with time! When picking a color, note that they usually look lighter and brighter in life than on pictures, so go a shade darker when in doubt. In any case, customer service is always on the client's side and will help with the exchange

Delivery and shipping were perfect, but unfortunately the quality of the product was not acceptable. I ordered a runner size 80×300, but the upper side was very thin and didn’t look good. It couldn’t be laid down properly, so I decided to return it.

The carpet is beautiful and exactly as ordered. We already bought 4 different carpets earlier from Tepanna and have the great experience with them. They are light, simple to put and easy to clean. Customer service is very good with timely infos and resposes. The shipment was very fast also.

The design is great for my hallway. I particularly like the washability of the rug as well as the fact that it is made locally. The buying process was easy and it arrived in the stated time frame.

The rugs I bought were exactly as announced and the delivery went smoothly.

Everything from ordering to delivery was absolutely spot on. Have now bought 2 rugs from Tepana and everything was as good second time around. We're pleased with both rugs, one for hallway and second for kitchen. I'm pleased I can hoover both kitchen and hallway without having to pick up the rugs as I had to do previously with conventional rugs. Makes life easier

Rugs ordered in December from Teppana UK. Only after they took payment were we told that expected delivery was 2-4 weeks as the rugs come from Germany. Almost 4 weeks later, delivery notification from UPS stated that we must pay £49.93 in taxes. Customer Services at Teppana told us that this was incorrect and that they would contact UPS. UPS have since attempted to deliver but we refused to pay and our rugs are now being held in a UPS warehouse. I updated Teppana on the situation and sent them a copy of the UPS invoice, but several days later, no reply received. I am now asking our bank to initiate refund action.

Very satisfied. We bought a 200x300 and the product is the same as the description. Beautiful colors beautiful fabric. Fast shipping and also with a nice packaging. Very thin but at the same time the effect is of an important carpet. For me who does not like carpets and my husband who loves them, with Teppana we have finally stopped arguing finally finding the perfect solution.

Was looking for a machine washable rug for a while, but they were all so expensive. Then I came across Teppana. The rug is lovely, and the price was really reasonable. Haven't tried washing it yet.

The whole communication was fast and very supportive and helpful.
The ordered item is beautiful and the promised quality is really on 100%.

I don´t hate it but I also don´t love it!
I was curious to try out a washable rug for the first time but I was a little disappointed when it arrived.The colours are not as vibrant as I had expected.It looks as if the colours had bled into each other therefore giving it an old/used look.I also don´t really love how it feels under the feet( has a plastic feeling).One thing that is great is the size as I was looking for a big size for my space and it fits perfectly.

The print quality of your large carpet is really awful! There are visible pixels with small orange dots. I expected something better for this price. Unfortunately, I don't have the time or energy to send it back. While I do love the color, I will never buy another carpet from this company or recommend it.

I ordered 3 weeks ago and i dont have any news since! I tried to call several times, sent e-mails but no one is answering. The online chat does not work!
