Trust OtterBox experience, not an experienced salesman.
Always have used an OtterBox case on my phones, until I got another iPhone last month and had the salesperson pick out a case. I told her that I live on a farm and drop my phone a lot. It was not an OtterBox. Less than a week later the protective screen was destroyed. When I took it back (3 days past refund, another story.) she looked at the phone and commented that it was “ dirty”, I had mentioned that I lived on a farm! Now have my trusted Otterbox Defender. Super fast delivery and still looks brand new and clean! Thank you for a great product.

Just bought a new iPhone 17
Just bought a new iPhone 17 and the OtterBox to go with it. I happen to drop my phone while I was riding my motorcycle. He had to get ran over and there was very minimal damage to my iPhone. That was very pleased.

Absolute waste of money
Absolute waste of money, this case is the lowest quality it’s unbelievable. It’s thin, low-quality, flimsy, and looks and feels like I could have paid $6 for it at a kiosk in the mall. I’ve used OtterBox cases for years because they used to be so high-quality, but won’t be buying from them again.

Your products and customer support are still first rate!
Verizon Wireless upgraded my Samsung Galaxy, and I was delighted to see they had OtterBox covers in stock. There were no belt clips. When I got home I discovered a QR code with the cover. Very happy to learn a new belt clip was available at no charge, with free shipping. It arrived three days after ordering, two days sooner than promised! I've been using OtterBox cases for many years, and remain a very satisfied customer. Thank you and the Otters that make this possible!

Otterbox Warranty Warning
I called as my OtterBox was coming apart on iPhone 15 Pro. Agent was friendly and helpful and said it would be covered under warranty. I thought great. But when I went to the link I have to pay $13 for processing a replacement. The case failed. This should not cost me twice. Bad show!
