Patrick was friendly and not distracted. He answered all questions.
Kevin our salesman was professional, not pushy and good at explaining.
I wish the company had set up a follow up time to retest our water. How can you sell a product that is supposed to improve your water and not offer a time within a few weeks to satisfy the customer that your unit is doing what we said it would. I am also in the dark on the optimal interval to backwash

Stuart FL has a great sales (Giovanni) and even better technician (Anthony) who are both Rock Stars. They are extremely knowledgeable and competent. They were prompt, professional and very thorough. Post installation instructions were documented and clear.

This is for customer service. Absolutely awful to have a customer on hold for an hour and still not pick up. Makes me think I went with the wrong company.

Walter, from the Grand Rapids office of Leaf Home Water Solutions, just went out of his way to help me troubleshoot an issue I needed help with. I received a personal call, he walked me through exactly what I needed to know in a way I could understand and gave me a number to call first thing in the morning if I still had questions. I installed a great system recently and I’m so grateful that it also comes with great, personal customer service. Thanks, Walter. Thanks, Leaf Home Systems.

Paid $6,000 3yrs ago. After about a month we didn’t think the system was working properly and had a small leak. We called and left a message for service and they never got back to us. We got the leak to stop so we just left it alone. First year service I paid in cash and didn’t get a receipt. Stupid on my part I know but when I called the second year for service they tried to say I had an outstanding balance and they couldn’t come out until I paid them. After refusing to pay again and giving a detailed discrimination of their service tech and his vehicle they eventually dropped it and came out.By the 3rd year service we had had some work done to our house where the plumber cut out a water line and showed us it was completely packed with rust and said our system isn’t working right. With things in our house constantly turning orange I knew the system couldn’t be working right but this company kept swearing it was and our water was good. I even use the rust salt in the system like I was told to do. So I call them out again they still say everything is fine we need to treat our well?? Treating the well may help but isn’t it the water filter system job to remove all the bad stuff out of the water from the well?? Anyway, they replaced all the filters for $250 said the system is good and left. A week later I notice water coming up through my kitchen floor. There is a leak from the new filters under the sink. I’ve called service now 3 days in a row. I’ve been on hold for over an hour each day. I’ve tried the “call back” feature 3 days ago still no call. I call sales and explain it’s an emergency. They messed up and now my kitchen floor is getting ruined and all they will do is send an email for a call back and put me back in the service call queue I’ve been trying to get through to for 3 days. This company is a joke!! Don’t get this system!!

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this company. Find a company that values you. Treats you with respect and is willing to help. Sitting on hold for hours and having to deal with extremely rude CSRs (DARA) makes me wish I would have never went with this company. I guess I am old school and remember when business used to treat you with respect and be truthful. The salespeople make a bunch of promises then they never answer their phone again. BEWARE!!

We are discontinuing our relationship with Leaf Home Water Solutions due to ongoing service failures and will be replacing our UV system with one that uses standard parts we can maintain ourselves.
Warning to Future Customers:
Based on our experience, we strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider the long-term service and maintenance implications before purchasing from Leaf Home Water Solutions. The reliance on proprietary parts and inconsistent customer support can lead to significant frustration, delays, and unexpected costs.
Service Issues:
We invested a significant amount of money in our Leaf Home Water Solutions system expecting dependable service to match the product. Instead, every year we’ve had to fight just to schedule routine maintenance. Our UV system requires a proprietary bulb and calibration chip that only Leaf Home can provide, leaving us with no practical alternative when service is needed.
Costs:
We were finally able to get in touch with someone and were told it would cost $275 just to replace the UV bulb and stop the beeping, or $375 for the annual maintenance, which includes cleaning the system and replacing the applicable filters.
Installation Concerns:
Under normal circumstances, I wouldn’t have a problem paying for routine maintenance. However, we’ve had concerns from the beginning that the system wasn’t installed or set up correctly, and despite multiple attempts to get someone back out, those concerns were never addressed. Because of that, I don’t feel it’s reasonable to charge us for annual service before ensuring the original installation and setup issues have been properly resolved.
At this point, we’ve decided to replace the UV system with one that uses standard replacement parts. We’re also purchasing our own carbon filters, sediment filters, and the other routine maintenance components so we can service the system ourselves instead of depending on a company that has repeatedly failed to provide the support we expected.
It’s unfortunate because the concept of the system is good, but customer service is just as important as the product itself. We can no longer recommend Leaf Home Water Solutions based on our experience.

The salesman was untrue in reference the electrician cost. Not to get into great detail but I was standing with the electrical subcontract when he was talking to the salesman. I had to pay out of pocket 625.00.
Another incident was with the installation of my Reverse Osmosis system. I told that I had new quartz being installed the following week so they agreed to come back to install my RO system
When the time came they never replied back to me to complete the project so I had to call a plumber 550.00 to complete the project. I will continue to hit all social media platforms to make sure that this doesn't happen to others.
BEWARE¡!!!!!!

My Grandmother (80 years old) purchased a Leaf system with a water softener at her house in DeBary, Florida about2 years ago - from a Leaf salesmen. She is on well water and wanted a system that had a warranty that would remove iron from her water. The system she purchased has a 7-year warranty on equipment.
It's been two years - the system has never worked well - now it's ruining my grandmother’s house.
In March of 2026 she started seeing more iron staining in her house than ever before; her clothes were getting ruined and her sinks and bathtub were rust-stained. She asked me to call Leaf on her behalf about 4 months ago because she couldn't get help herself and was worried about drinking the water in her house.
I had to call Leaf weekly to get a response from the company. They sent out six different technicians, none of whom could determine what the problem was. After three months of her showering at my aunt's house and buying bottled water, I asked Leaf to remove the system and refund her money so we can buy her a system that will handle the iron in her well water.
In June, I finally reached the regional manager, Jason. I had to spend 40 minutes on the phone begging Jason to submit the refund request to corporate because he was refusing to send it. After he finally agreed to send the request, I got a call from a different manager named Cody who told me that nothing was wrong with the system so there is no reason for a refund.
Jason yelled at me and swore at me, Cody hung-up on me. I stay calm, I don't yell and I don’t swear at them but getting any help once Leaf has your money is like pulling teeth.
Cody offered to send an expert from Leaf out to the house on June 25, 2026, to test the water going into my grandmother's home. The result is 1.9ppm total iron which is SIX TIMES higher than the EPA recommended level of 0.3ppm. The pH of the treated water is 6.3 which is enough to corrode the copper in the plumbing of her house.
LEAF IS A SCAM.

Getting the Leaf Water Filtration System was no problem at all. Once I requested them to come check the water we had a system installed within two weeks. Calling for the annual service that is required to keep the warranty valid has been unsuccessful. I have left my number 5 times for someone to call me back. I did get a call back from Liz but she isn't able to schedule service appointments. She told me that someone should call me back by 6pm that night. Guess what....no phone call. I told her that I would just service it myself and her response was that if I did that, it would void the warranty. I asked what should I do and her response was if I dont here from someone by 6 then call back again the next day. Save yourself sone time from aggravation and stress and go with a different filtration system. It may cost a little more but atleast you will get someone to service it for without going through what I have went through. DOdiscount?
UPDATE 6/2626...Finally got a call.back from the scheduling department and have an appointment for July 8. Hopefully, it will get serviced!

Do not support this company. They do not allow you to change your own filters and they raise prices often enough to drive you insane. For the cost of service I was able to replace all proprietary components with new affordable good name brand trusted equipment and filters. They sell a high price system( read all reviews on quality) but my biggest thing is ripping people off on servicing the filters and equipment. Please don’t get stuck with this system. Especially if you want to use your own handyman or do it your self.

The salesperson made it sound like ongoing maintenance was included and that they would schedule proactively. That is not the case. They do “require” to come out once a year but they charge $125 to literally look at the unit and make sure of what, I don’t know, I guess that it is still there. They do not touch it for two years but maybe on the third year they will check it. Perhaps if the unit worked well that would maybe be ok (but not really, who are we kidding, no one wants to pay that much for someone to just look at something) but it’s a pos. Stay away, especially if you’re in the Phoenix area. It will not do what you want it to.

Installation has been a bumpy road. first the RO tank leaked and damaged my cabinet floor. Have yet to receive money for the fix. Still no water to my fridge ice maker after several attempts to make it work.. Overall i expected better.
