Patrick was incredible and very polite. He was so positive through a very long day and answered all of our questions and ensured we were happy with the result and ensured he did everything to make us happy prior to departing.

We paid $3,100 for a water filtration system after being guaranteed it would eliminate the strong sulfur (“rotten egg”) smell in our water. It did not work—at all.

We spent months dealing with multiple representatives, getting conflicting information, constant “escalations,” and little to no follow-up. The smell never improved. We eventually had to spend nearly $2,000 of our own money to fix the issue ourselves, which confirmed the problem was the water—not our equipment—and that their system had no real impact.

On top of that, we experienced missed appointments, being ignored, and long stretches with no communication. When we pushed for accountability, the company refused to take responsibility and blamed “pre-existing systems,” even after we replaced major components and proved otherwise.

Very disappointing experience from start to finish. Strong promises, zero results, and no accountability.

Randy Marasco was great to work with. He was able to get out to the house and test our well water quickly and stayed on top of finding a solution that would work best for us with the different test level needs. Once we had the solution he had the installation scheduled quickly and followed up to make sure everything went as planned.

I love my new system! The water tastes wonderful! No more film in the toilets.

Job number IND27081. I tried to give him a 5 star rating but not tech savvy so iam writing it here. He was very courteous worked very hard cleaned up mess would recommend this young man to anyone.

The representatives explained everything and gave us a good price. Patrick, the installer, did a clean job in under two hours.

I’ve had this system 1 year… customer service has no clue about the system, maintenance people don’t show up within the window they say they will. I would NOT recommend leaf filter water to anyone… if they ask me about this company, i will definitely tell them to steer clear … over the winter the system froze twice… had to go out with a hair dryer and get the thing going again… my in ground water sprinklers wont work anymore.. not enough pressure… worked fine before installing this system… I’ve had enough!… never again… will contact BBB as well

From learning about the product through the installation process everything was stress free. The only downside is I may end up with a higher monthly water bill. I found it very difficult to get out of my shower the first time because of the way the water felt on my body. 🙂

This whole winter, the system, of course, did not work. I will be paying for years on a system that does not work most of the time. As I have written before, they send someone to fix the issue, they say it's up and working, and the salt never empties. Maybe in a newer house it does, but in our old home, it always shuts down. I wish I could get a refund. We buy water to cook and drink, and have filters on our showers. Waste of money.

Some delay due to size of water line. Leaf found a solution and eventually was able to install.
Victor was skilled in splicing into our 1 1/4 inch copper water line. Was accommodating on placement and did a very neat job.
24 hours in to treated water. So far everything is working as expected.

I contacted LeafHome to address a hard water issue in my home. On St. Patrick’s Day, Dean from LeafHome arrived on time, was friendly, and never pressured me to buy a system. He tested my water, confirmed the hardness issue, and designed an affordable, effective solution that was installed two days later. Dean was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the process. After just two days, I can already feel and taste a noticeable improvement in my water quality.

Stephen was our tech for service and was very polite, very helpful and showed our home needed some tweaks upon filter replacement for our RO.

From the time he arrived, Mr. Patrick was all smiles and professional. He did superb work.
Would be nice if he and others had a lifter to lift the equipment, since it's extremely heavy and not easy to accommodate. Will help unnecessary back injury and employees will appreciate it and be happy.

The Leaf Home Water Solutions team (Rick & Patrick and Austin) was great and very professional. salesman Rick was great, professional, arrived in a company shirt, and was very personable and answered all our questions, explaining the test results. He was very genuine and trustworthy with my investment. The Patrick the installation technician was very polite and professional. He took the time to review the system and explained how to by-pass the filtration, especially when I plan to water the yard - very important! The team was great and very professional. I cannot think of any improvements. Just remembered, great communication in letting us know when the installation was going to occur.

I have a leaf home water system put in. Daniel was the man that installed it. I was very satisfied with him. He does a very professional job. Also a shout out to Rodney Sulau for selling me the system. He explained everything perfectly. Thank you, both gentlemen.

For the first time in a long time, our water tastes great! We’ve been drinking bottled water for years and I’ve always thought about getting a new filtration system. We had an old, small system that was put in about 30 years ago and was not effective anymore.

We saw an ad for Leaf Home Water Solutions on Facebook and called them to see what they had that might help us. Rob, one of their sales people, came over the same day we calledand showed us exactly what they had and what could fit our needs. We signed up and scheduled our installation.

Will, a crackerjack installer, came out the next week and put in our system. He was friendly and personable and told us exactly what he was doing. He was finished in a little over an hour and gave us instructions on how to proceed. Three hours later we were drinking clear water and loving it!

We also met Jack, the service manager, who visited us to check on the installation and to make sure that we were happy. Again, he was friendly and personable, and gave us some tips about how to make the system work well for us.

We are so happy that we went ahead and ordered and installed the system. No more bottled water or water jugs for us.🙂
