Worst carrier! My staff were delivered to someone else, and they sent me a photo of the packet given to another person. They are not available on the phone. I can't order back the staff in bought cause many are out of order. The are horrible.

Worst courier service I have ever…
Worst courier service I have ever experienced. The driver dumped my order under the mailboxes in a shared apartment building with 20 households without permission, leaving it wide open for anyone to steal which is exactly what happened.
I tried calling their support hotline repeatedly, but no one ever answers. I emailed their team weeks ago, and they didn’t even bother to respond. They take no responsibility for lost packages caused by their own drivers' negligence. Completely untrustworthy and useless customer support!

When you are not at home, they do not deliver the parcel to a shop or a neighbour, but send it back return to sender. On the phone, they promise to bring it to a nearby shop, but in reality, the parcel is lost. Terrible

Very disappointing and unreliable…
Very disappointing and unreliable service
My experience with J&T Express Germany has been extremely disappointing. My shipment JTDE900000979616 was supposed to be delivered by September 7, 2026, but it was never delivered.
I contacted J&T customer service four times, and each time I received completely different information. One agent told me the shipment was in Hessen, although I live in Hamburg. Another said it was still in a warehouse. Another told me that it had not even entered Germany. Finally, I was told that it would be delivered by the end of the week.
Now J&T has reported to Alibaba that the delivery failed because my address was supposedly incorrect or unclear, and that the parcel is being returned. This is not true. My address is complete and correct, and there was no delivery attempt at my address. I received no call, message, or notification asking me to clarify my address.
This is actually the second serious problem I have had with J&T. With my previous shipment, J&T claimed that a “security check” prevented the courier from entering my residential building. This was completely untrue. After extensive follow-up by the supplier, I eventually received the package.
Today, when I contacted J&T again to clarify the situation, the customer service agent asked for my phone number. I requested that all information be provided in writing because I had already received contradictory information. The agent then said they could not help me and closed the chat.
A delivery company should provide clear, accurate information and actually attempt delivery. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience with J&T. I strongly recommend using another logistics provider if possible.

Failed to deliver
My delivery was marked as failed because 'wrong address' (although the address is correct). Noone contacted me, I never got any notifications, just had to update tracking link to see the failed status
I immediately contacted support via chat, and they said they can´t do anything about it because the parcel was immediately sent to sender

Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible. They lost my package and their customer service has been completely useless. No proper explanation, no solution, just endless waiting. If you have the option to use another courier, do yourself a favour and avoid J&T.

My personal perception: Thieves
same experience: My packet from "Alpenfaser" never arrived. J&T Express first said on the slip that I had signed (a lie), then, that they had thrown the packet over a grey fence (there is no grey fence). I had been in the house all the time - never anybody rang the door-bell. My personal perception is, that the drivers are either thieves or the product was never sent off in the first place. I complained with Alpenfaser and never got a result - always: "We look into this". I got a phone-call from J&T Express telling me, that it was " a clear case of nondelivery" and that they would talk to Alpenfaser. Never did.

Avoid by any means
Had the most horrible experience with J&T and Temu.
I ordered items for an important celebration, J&T claimed that I refused the package and sent it back, however they haven't even attempted to deliver once.
Their support chat told me it was a courier mistake and there is nothing they can do, apart from investigating the matter and getting back to me.
Then they send me a text saying I refused to accept the package therefore it was returned, which is a lie.
Terrible experience, even more terrible follow-up. At least the person via the chat was nice, though the interaction was short since they couldn't do anything

Thieves with official delivery names
This is the most careless delivery service on the planet. My experience has come to 2 conclusions; either their drivers are thieves who takes delivery pictures of the orders and take the parcel away or they are just careless. 2 consecutive orders from Temu are all missing. Both has delivery pictures. For my PO-076-19976263414390645, the driver claim he placed the parcel in my Garage. Meanwhile my house is a 32-apartment storey building with no Garage. Just 3 days after, another order PO-076-04857964647030645 is no where to be found. They are lucky the rating starts from 1 star. I would have given them 0.1/5 for accepting the parcel from Temu.

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with both J&T Express and Temu.
My package was scheduled for delivery on 19 June, but the courier neither rang my doorbell nor contacted me by phone. Instead, the parcel was left unattended outside the building, accessible to anyone. Although the courier uploaded a photo as proof of delivery, the package has gone missing, and I have never received it.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from customer service. For the past 25 days, I have repeatedly contacted them, but the only response I receive is that “the case is open” and “the logistics team will contact you.” No timeline, no updates, and no resolution have been provided.
This level of service is unacceptable. Leaving parcels unsecured and failing to follow up properly shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when relying on this delivery service.

They took a picture of my package as if delivered but it wasn't there. Exactly like all other comments and temu refuses to proceed to a refund. Their number says number doesn't exist so no way of reaching them

Worst company ever
I am absolutely furious with J&T Express. For days, my package was delayed with the driver repeatedly faking "address errors" in the tracking system just to avoid delivering it, even though my address is perfectly clear.
The worst part happened on Saturday: the driver simply dumped my €90 package on the ground right next to the main building door. He didn't ring my doorbell, asked for no signature, and I never gave them permission to leave it. He literally took a photo of the package abandoned on the door of the building as "proof" of delivery. Unsurprisingly, by the time I went down, it was already stolen.
This is absolute negligence and completely unacceptable
