Boden has some amazing clothing and this dress is up to their usual standard. The colour is as vibrant as the pictures which is always a bonus. Delivery was as stated and I am really pleased with the fit. I cannot wait to wear it.

A cancellation of my delivery and order were made without making me aware of it. Boden has proceeded with refund of my order and has never gotten back to me to epxlain what had happened. Poor client's management I believe.

This dress was fabulous in every way style was perfect and the print was stunning
My mum brought me the same dress in a different pattern it was that good . Great for all seasons
Only criticism is that i had to up a size as smaller size was a bit tight on the sleeves.

Customer service at Boden is second to none! Ive experienced it twice. It’s so refreshing, feels like you’re dealing with people who actually care, just wish every firm was as good.

In my brilliance I placed an order just days before a sale so sent everything back and reordered (sorry). The refund was processed very very quickly, the new order arrived quickly and everything was great. I'm really happy with the clothes and the service was brilliant. Contrast this to Hobbs - I ordered some clothes from them which I returned the same day, THEN placed my order with Boden, returned it, got a refund etc as above and I'm still waiting for a refund from Hobbs. Or indeed any acknowledgement that they've received the return more than two weeks later. So - avoid them like the plague and do your clothes shopping at Boden.
