The bracelet i purchased was too small and i had wanted to switch it out for the correct size but when I went to try to switch it out, my correct size wasnt available, so they offered me a full refund and no return of the smaller sized bracelet, overall the quality of the bracelet was very well made and super shiny and communicated very well.

Way better in person ridiculous shine great piece overall

I’m very disappointed with my experience with this company. They advertise that products are ready in 18 days and ship within 3–5 business days, but my experience has been completely different. It took over a month for my product to be finished, and even after it was finally completed, they waited several more days before shipping it out. I’m still waiting for my order to arrive.

If you’re spending your hard-earned money on jewelry, you expect clear communication and for the company to follow the timelines they advertise. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of urgency and the delays beyond the promised timeframe have made this a frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage anyone considering ordering to keep these delays in mind and not rely on the advertised turnaround time.

My goal was to get a simple but eye-catching piece and my purchase was just that.

The bedazzled pendant stands out with its detailed design. The adjustable chain is exactly what I was looking for so I have the option to wear it long or short depending on the look I’m going for.

I paid $100 for a Jesus piece and in less than a month, the stones started falling out. When I reached out to the company, they originally offered to send me six dollars so that I could go get more stones and fix it myself. When I got upset about that offer, they offered to send me another piece but only if I left them a great review and sent it to them before they sent me the new piece. I told them to shove it. The jewelry is cheap and they don’t care about their customer service unless they think it’s going to hurt the bottom line. And even then they will try to blackmail you before they make it right. Go through GLD and save yourself a headache.
