High monthly fees, obsolete products, terrible customer service. When I unsubscribed Sept 2026, they made me pay ''an early cancellation penalty fee''. Despite being a subscriber since 2021. Their cus... See more

Scummiest company of all time
Scummiest company of all time. All of yall will rue the day. Trapping people into a subscription cycle and remove their autonomy to cancel the payment without being penalized of hundreds of dollars when most of your consumers are students is just evil incarnation.

Adobe made money withdrawals from my account although no active plans for 6 months already....And now I have to figure this out myself with my bank. The agent confirmed their mistake, but again must see if I get my money back.
This company is predatory
This company is predatory, lacks innovation and hides their cancellation policy from you when signing up for a free trial so that you are hit with an extremely overpriced, surprise Cancellation fee when you go to cancel your subscription. I can't wait for this company to fall apart and for their applications to be cloned out by anyone and everyone. Screw their customer service and business model as a whole. Please stay away from their services

Subscription model makes sense for how often I use the software but the price increases have outpaced what feels reasonable for the same feature set. Support chat is slow to respond when something actually breaks mid project.
NEVER install an Adobe program
NEVER install an Adobe program! You will Never get it completely off your computer once installed. It will take a complete wipe and reinstall of Windows to get their products off your computer. There are less invasive programs out there.
Absolutely disgustingly greedy company…
Absolutely disgustingly greedy company that tricks you out of your money. I wasn’t even aware I had bought the AI assistant plan and such high cancellation fees for what? I’ve deleted my account and I will not be using this service ever again.
Don't even consider
Don't even consider! Stay away from this company and it's products. Prices are sky high but service is floor low.
Predatory and convoluted licensing…
Predatory and convoluted licensing systems. I tried to downgrade from a business suite and somehow managed to make a second profile, and I was being double charged for the same product for 10 months. Called to cancel and they constantly tried to upsell me and made it such a HUGE DEAL they were waiving my cancel fee for being double charged.
Cancelled Trial and STILL BILLED!!!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Adobe.
I signed up to trial your services and subsequently cancelled my subscription. I received an email from Adobe confirming that my cancellation had been processed, yet I was still charged.
I find this unacceptable. Not only is the cancellation process unnecessarily complicated and difficult to navigate, but I am now having to spend additional time trying to recover money charged despite my confirmed cancellation.
I have retained the cancellation confirmation email as evidence.
I am requesting an immediate review of this charge, a full refund and written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and no further charges will be made.
Please escalate this matter to your billing team and provide a case reference number and confirmation of when I can expect the refund. Feels like a scam in itself, making it so difficult to get resolution on this!!!
the customer support is shit
The programs from Adobe are expensive but fine. But the customer support is shit. Just want to change my billing adres and add my company name and this can't be found anywhere. Forced to not call but chat to someone and first tried to sell me a more expensive plan. I am already for more than 45 min in a chat with them and only partly of the issue is fixed. There just is no option to change it yourself.
Free trials are a scam
Free trials are a scam. They pester you constantly to upgrade, offer a free trial, and then make up excuse after excuse as to why Adobe can't cancel your subscription. They keep your card data and refuse to remove it. Thirty seconds of bad judgment to try a new product results in hours of hassling and frustration in trying to get a refund. Don't do it.
They scammed me
They scammed me. I tried a free trial and now need to pay 199.99 to cancel my plan. I hit cancel before the trial was even over and my credit card company just flagged them.
Crooked to the core
Crooked to the core.
Being charged for early cancellation, then offering a free period to reconsider stinks of desperation and greed.
Never have I been more happy with the dawn of Ai. Adobe will be gone before the decade is out. Good riddance to them.

Couldnt cancel my trial and got ripped off for £65. Customer service where not interested.
Sneaky subscription model
I used Adobe Premiere Pro continuously for five years. Over the past year, I decided to cancel my subscription and look for a free alternative. I wasn't making any money from editing videos; it was simply something I enjoyed doing.
When I contacted Adobe, I was told that cancelling would mean paying a fee of 50% of the remaining subscription. I asked when my annual subscription ended and whether they could simply turn off auto-renewal in advance. Apparently, that wasn't possible, and I'd have to remember to do it manually nearer the time.
I'm sure Adobe's business managers love a subscription model that keeps customers tied in even when they no longer want, need or can afford the software. But is that really treating customers fairly?
I've seen people defend Adobe by pointing out that customers can choose between monthly and annual subscriptions. That's missing the point entirely. Having a choice of payment plans isn't the same as having a fair cancellation policy.
If I decide I no longer want a service, I should be able to cancel it and have access until the period I've paid for expires. Why should I face a financial penalty for wanting to leave? And why shouldn't I be allowed to switch off auto-renewal well in advance, rather than having to remember to do it at a specific time?
I understand that companies need recurring revenue, and I have no problem paying for good software. I used Premiere Pro for five years, so clearly I appreciated the product. But there's a difference between earning customer loyalty through a great product and retaining customers through contractual restrictions and cancellation fees.
Adobe Premiere Pro is a great piece of software. Its subscription model, however, leaves a lot to be desired.
I've since started looking at free alternatives, because as much as I enjoy editing videos, I can't justify paying for software when I'm not earning anything from it.
Surely the best business model is one that makes customers want to stay, not one that makes leaving financially painful. 🤷♂️
Adobe! Where's the Bridge app that works with SnapDragon?!?!
While overall I'm please with the Creative Cloud experience, I am disappointed that my new ASUS Zenbook with SnapDragon operating systems cannot download Bridge as part of my Photoshop experience. Bridge is a very important tool for my photography business and I would have thought that Adobe would be updated to the new technology that users may have for their technology. With the amount of money paid every month and the furthering restrictions of how I use my Creative Cloud and on various computers that I own, I wouldn't think that I would be limited in performing vital steps in my photography post-processing. The sooner Adobe gets it together and covers SnapDragon in all of their apps, the better!
I discovered I was being billed.
I discovered I was being billed for Audition though no monthly receipt was sent. And though there was zero usage for many months, adobe never communicated. They were just hoping I wouldn't notice I was paying money for nothing. When I went to cancel today, it was difficult to find the option. But I succeeded.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. Their customer service is non-existent, and they routinely mislead customers. They completely ignore formal complaints and act with total disregard for consumer law. If you have been wronged by them, do not waste your time pleading with their support team—the only language they understand is legal action. Taking them to court to claim financial compensation is the only way to hold them accountable for their complete failure.
The way they renew your contract is…dodgy
The way they renew your contract is unfair- I paid £75.28 , after few months my monthly payment went to £103.27…. No idea why. I was not asked, I did not sign anything…and on top they said I started a new contract then??!
Disgusting
Scammers
Scammers: if you take the free trial on their products, they are not going to let you cancel it. They are going to keep your payments active and keep your bank account active. Once you turn on your bank account, they charge you, and they don't let you cancel your account.
