Well this is the second time PayPal refused to refund my money when being ripped off!!
Both times through eBay and at a cost of about 1300 for two different transactions so clearly PayPal no longer look after there clients
Ive now shut down eBay and PayPal never to yes either again taken issues up with ombudsman I will get my money

Horrible and rude customer service. Worst I have ever experienced. Useless AI chat-bot. Its amazing what you can do with AI, but this takes the price of absolute worst implementation ever.

Had my account and used it for over 16 years. Sent 600 from my bank to buy a watch and it was sold just before I could purchase it. Tried to put my money back in to my bank account but they ate now saying I've got to wait 72 hours. I don't care about internal security systems it's my money my bank account it should be returned straight away not when PayPal decides. Once money is back in the account I'll never use PayPal again. There are plenty of other options. I didn't realise how bad their reviews are until I came on here.

Ripped off for £115 thanks to these muppets and their automated systems. They provide zero protection from being ripped off online. If they do anything, it takes weeks for them to do a simple task. Personally I think they should be banned from operating in the UK.

On 22 July at 11:42 a.m., I called 06 89386461 simply to ask why my case had been closed. Instead of receiving a professional explanation, I was subjected to aggressive, hostile and completely unacceptable behaviour by the agent I spoke to, who told me he was based in Tunisia.

I called to ask legitimate questions about my case. Instead, I was verbally abused and the conversation escalated to the point where I considered the agent's behaviour threatening. No customer should ever be treated this way for simply asking for clarification.

The call was recorded, and I strongly urge PayPal to review it. Unless this is the standard of behaviour PayPal expects from its customer service representatives, I believe the recording speaks for itself. If it is, that is even more disturbing.

I do not even want to give 1 star! Go on the chat and no one even responds then call and no one even knows what they are talking about. They cannot hear you and you cannot hear them only everyone in the background. Absolutely Pathetic!!

If you have a PayPal account I would recommend cancelling it before you get ripped off by PayPal. I lost $800.00 dollars because PayPal’s part of the fraud. 3 times they sided with the seller even though they cancelled the fist two charges for the same amount & the same company. The company is COMERCE CORE UAB. If you got scammed by this company, don’t bother trying to get your money back because PayPal is in on it & part of the scam. PayPal has gone on the other side now. STAY AWAY

these people are BRUTAL to deal with. paypal is the absolute bottom of the barrel garbage.
everything on their bs site is broken. their support sucks. i cant finish a single thing with their GARBAGE automation.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THESE CLOWNS. I made that mistake. They gave me an initial line of credit of 4000.00 a year later they have reduced it too 2700.00 citing debt to income ratio. Even though I’ve eliminated debt. Paid off existing debt increased my credit score by 80 points. And had two of my other credit cards increase my limits by 500.00 each. Pay pal is a scam. STAY AWAY. Customer service is NO HELP.

Horrible customer service. The Ai chat bot was no help and then I called the customer service number and it just hung up on me while i was talking multiple times. I then chatted with a real customer service agent and they said theres nothing they can do about it and then closed the chat before i could respond. Just don't bother using paypal. Ridiculous.

Money was taken from my bank account by living social when I contacted PayPal to complain they took the vendors side. Looks like they have gone greedy no help for the customer just the vendors

Pay Pal is currently trying to defraud me out $138 that a filed a dispute which I won and yet there still trying to get the money from me. I talked to customer service and they said there was nothing they do even though it says the case was closed in my favor. What "F" IS GOING ON?
I had to put a stop payment on my bank to stop them from taking money that I do not owe. I have had a Pay Pal account for 23 years and have never had an issue like this. Reading some of the other reviews I see others have same issues. I called Synchrony Bank and they said they do not see the reversal that my Pay Pal account is showing. After this experience, I will never use them again and may have to report them to BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. They should not be allowed to let sellers dictate what they do. Never buy anything from the company called Optisolix. You can read my review on them as well. This is just unbelievable.

Had funds held and the account restricted after a completely normal transaction, with only a vague automated message about 'reviewing account activity'. Submitted the documents they asked for within a day, and then heard nothing for almost three weeks despite chasing twice through the support chat. Money that was mine sitting inaccessible for that long with no real timeline given was genuinely stressful, especially since I use it for regular small business payments.

I took out a Paypal Pay Monthly installment plan. I paid both my first payment & my second payment early. They didn't credit my second payment to my second installment & Paypal refuses to do so. I now have emails & a credit agency on me dunning me for my second payment that was paid early. I have never in my life had a collection agency sic'd on me for paying early. This is a level of insanity I have never experienced. I will never ever deal with Paypal again.

All the fees they take for themselves are still not enough to provide decent service to the users. Absolute trash

I can’t b get transfers done to my account. It’s always an issue. When I try and ask why this is? I get passed around to AI and never a human ,

I’ve spent an hour on the phone with them again and still no help. No transfer of money. Why can’t someone transfer my money?

Several times I have use Paypal to pay for merchandise or products. Some of these products come from other countries and rarely do they arrive. I have had 5 instances of items order from overseas, paid for with PayPal. I submit customer resolutions with PayPal to be refunded and every single time PayPal sides with the merchant with no proof of delivery. Unacceptable. They have lost another customer

I am extremely disappointed with PayPal, to the point that I decided to close my account.
My card was charged for a transaction that I never authorized. I submitted a dispute along with all the supporting documentation I had, but PayPal denied my claim without resolving my concerns. This experience has left me with no confidence in their ability to protect customers from unauthorized charges.
The customer service I received was one of the worst experiences I have had. Instead of feeling supported, I felt that my evidence was not properly considered.
Based on my experience, I would advise anyone using PayPal to regularly monitor their account and card activity. In my case, my card was charged without any confirmation from me before the transaction was processed.
Unfortunately, because of how this matter was handled, I will no longer use PayPal's services.

I purchased something with Commerce Core UAB trading as Moxycart. They claimed delivery would take 7-12 days, but it took more than 28 days. At that point I had no need for the item. The company stonewalled a refund. PayPal was useless & unhelpful in getting a refund.

Remietly is too much better then this bullshit app
