We had an our new over delivered today by Lak and Mark.

The run up to delivery was very informative and the 2 lads on delivery was very helpful and polite

Explaining how the over works and sharing various information was a nice touch.

Cracking service

Great delivery. They guys were completely self sufficient and even put our old oven in the garage for us. All in the middle of a massive heat wave. They took us though the main functions of the oven too. Great service.

Great communication, got a call on the day of delivery giving me a time. Skip and Zen turned up, asked me where it was going, just said no problem and were done in a few minutes and there I was dreading things were going to go wrong. It’s been a great experience right from choosing the cooker, to having a demo and finally delivery.

Received my long awaited Aga today, Mark and Lak were fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend, ultra careful with my new limestone floor and Lak took his time to go through how to operate…all in 33c heat. Many thanks both

Kept informed of delivery dates and good up to date timing information on date of delivery.

The team at Aga Cirencester have been fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about the products and made everything a breeze from ordering to delivery…Nothing has been a problem… I also attended a demonstration with Amy, Debbie and Maxine… I highly recommended this, particularly to any new Aga users! It was great to see how easy and stress free Aga cooking can be! And getting to sample some great food was nice too!

After our installation of our new Aga a small couple of scratches were found on the top.
I emailed Aga and they were so apologetic. They got it all sorted quickly and a new one was ordered.Alex in customer service was brilliant in keeping me informed of delivery date and times.

Following some information gatheringand diagnosis, the customer service team arrived at the solution and dispatched the necessary replacement part. V happy!

The sales person could answer most of our questions

It all turned out as it should after a few telephone calls, emails and photos. Nice people to deal with on the phone and acceptable level of warranty service.

Speedy response to emails and I was sent a replacement badge very quickly once my Aga details had been confirmed. Overall great customer service!

Lack & Mark were excellent, respectful, efficient and respected our property. They kept us informed about the progress of the installation and communicated well. They were clean and tidy. Although the cooker construction was delayed, Aga kept us informed with respect to progress and the reasons as to why the delay happened. Overall, a good experience. We would recommend them.

If I was rating the service from Lak and Simon, who came to replace and install our Rangemaster dishwasher I’d be giving 5 stars. They were really helpful and also helped explain some functionality on our Rangemaster oven that we didn’t even know we had! Also, customer service have been very helpful too but as we’ve had a number of issues with the dishwasher since purchase had to go with 3 stars overall.
