Poor customer service. I have a simple request to see if a part is replaceable. Instead, they send you to a third party where you are expected to book an engineer.
If the part is not available, I will end up having to pay for an engineers visit plus a new wine fridge.
Ordered a new Range stove. Door not fitted correctly. On a third call out 3 months later and no solution.
Customer services are overseas and there is a language barrier and scripted response.
Email response takes forever.
Awful service. The half of the cooker I can use is ok but for 2.5k I'd expect alot more. Rangemaster is not a premium product, nor is the service. Buyer beware!
After receiving our first Rangemaster deluxe delivered through AO, we found it arrived damaged with missing items.
Sharon at Rangemaster was extremely helpful in arranging a replacement albeit the lead time would be 12 weeks, but advised us to continue to use the oven until then and sent out the missing items.
The day prior to delivery Rangemaster called and messaged to confirm arrival time.
Lak and Mark arrived well within the timeframe on the day.
They carried out all necessary safety checks, uninstalled the damaged oven removed it along with all packaging from the new oven and installed the new oven and a new hose seemlessly, i didnt even seem them move the whopper of the oven in or out of the property.
Lak procedded to explain the settings and safety features which we were unaware of and we were over the moon with the service.
Lak Mark and Sharon provided a 10 star platinum service from rangemaster of which i cannot praise or recommend enough.
Rangemaster absolutely shocking told 10 weeks for a delivery for a classic deluxe week before delivery told 2 week delay then to be to be told a week before delivery another 2 week delay
Managed to to speak to rangemaster that’s an ordeal in its self to get through to be told it’s not even been made yet
Range master told us I shouldn’t say this But you can buy the exact model off AO in stock check it ourselves true enough called them delivery 2 days rangemaster you are a absolute joke of a company
Do not buy of this company unless you want to wait months and months been waiting for this to move in to Our new home
Would give no stars if it would let me
Took 11 weeks for delivery and still waiting for replacement blemished rail noisy small oven not impressed at this price
Prompt and helpful service from Charley
I have 2 Rangemaster Professional Plus cookers, one I bought in about 2008 & the other in 2021.
The one I bought in 2008 has been in near-continuous use since I bought it - family of 4 with a heavy cooking rotation throughout, in near-perfect condition. I don't think I've ever had a technician out. I'm now getting a new kitchen but keeping the cooker - I'll have it professionally cleaned & get a new latch for the oven door which has become fiddly.
The one I bought in 2021 has been a disaster. I can't set the clock because the timer doesn't work properly and invariably changes the clock. The hob (this one induction) jumps between too hot and nothing. It looks terrible - THE KNOBS ARE PLASTIC AND THE 'CHROME' STICKERS HAVE PEELED OFF. You can buy plastic sticker-covered replacement knobs at an insulting price - my husband is just going to 3D print some new ones.
If you can get your hands on a model from before this iconic company was bought out by private equity, I highly recommend it. Otherwise, steer clear.
For the money these products are far below the build quality one might expect. You hope that by paying 2- 3 times more than a brand like Leisure, that you are buying a product of greater quality.
We have had issues with the oven door not being properly fixed (and then inaccessible to fix oneself) the burners do not ignite easily or have an even burn.
There 3rd party service company. Pacifica, offer equally poor customer service. I'd happily try and sort this myself but there is nothing in the manual on how to do so and they have failed to send any guidance
It's an oven so once bought of course it won't be replaced for years. When it is I will not be buying another Rangemaster

Appalling after-sales service. It’s virtually impossible to speak to an actual person, and even getting a response by email seems like a struggle. For a brand selling premium appliances, I would expect a far higher standard of customer service and support. This experience has been extremely disappointing and will certainly make me think twice before purchasing from Rangemaster again. Issue still unresolved.
Exemplary Service
Dwayne & Ian delivered my Aga Masterchef today.
Their service was of the highest quality. Communication was excellent, their problem solving and efficiency was at the level to behold. Nothing was too much trouble and one of the chaps had to crawl into a small hole to check fuses and scrabble in the loft to sort out gas.
An absolutely outstanding level of service that elevated my purchase. Thank you chaps - really appreciated your brilliant attitude and work ethic. Great job.
Lak & Mark showed up at the designated time, very friendly, respectful and personable. They delivered my Rangemaster very carefully and gave me lots of helpful tips and advise on instal & use! Thank you guys, I couldn’t be happier! The cooker is absolutely stunning, I can’t wait for all the lovely meals & baking to come!
I did not expect such brilliant service when I started the live chat. I got far more than I expected - I'll receive a sample through the post.
We had our Longstock cooker installed today by Lak and Mark who were brilliant. Before they came Rangemaster kept us well informed about delivery times and stuck to the agreed delivery date. Lak and Mark came within the agreed time frame and were excellent throughout. It was a seamless professional process in the removal of the old Rangemaster cooker which we had for over 22 years and the installation of the new model. We are already using it and are delighted with the results.
Wanted some assistance about replacing ceramic cartridges on my Rangemaster Traditional Belfast Bridge Kitchen Sink Mixer Tap, so had a live chat with Charley, who not only provided help but pointed out the the product was still under warranty and the replacement parts would be provided foc. Also, gave some guidance about removing the tap levers . Faultless!
Do not order a Rangemaster unless you are prepared to wait 6 months for a cooker, with no updates on how long it might be, and no customer care or efforts to offer alternatives. When you call asking what you can do they say 'order a different one and you'll go to the back of the queue'.
Absolutely terrible service :(

Awful in every respect. I bought a 110cm Rangemster Excel at very nearly £3000 in June and it's just been an absolute nightmare since. I was waiting until all was fully resolved before doing a review, but I've just about had enough now. Range obviously damaged in transit, scratched enamel top, broken handle, chrome flaking off, and the second oven making an absolute din when turned on. Eventually they agreed to completely replace but I had to wait months - that happened last week (8th Oct) but *exactly* the same issue with second oven remains. The guys that installed tried to tell me it was due to a gas pipe position, which I knew it was not as if you pull unit a foot away from the wall the oven still sounds like a jet engine. I then spent over £100 this week getting the gas pipe moved slightly and surprise, surprise no difference. Customer Services don't really want to own this problem, just say they're sorry, and there's absolutely no sense of urgency to try and get this resolved. I'm spending hours on calls, writing emails and trying to deal with Pacifica (who Rangemaster farm out their servicing to) with little/no progress. I honestly wish I'd never bought this cooker, which is the most expensive item I've ever bought for my kitchen. Pacifica are an absolute nightmare to deal with too, compounding the situation, bombarding you with meaningless SMS and emails that you cannot reply to. Is it really too much to ask that a brand new £3000 cooker is up and working properly 4 months after its purchase??
On my second under warranty Rangemaster 60 cm oven , first one went wrong every 3 months , second one goes wrong every 5 monthly, they are the biggest piece of crap and MUST be avoided at all costs . The company knows they are all like this and do nothing to improve the product, made cheaply in Turkey and sold expensive in UK , certainly is not Turkish delight

I have just used the live chat regarding a damaged item that I have just taken delivery of and the agents that chatted were prompt, professional and very helpful with dealing with my queries regarding the warranty and any necessary repairs.
Bought a Rangemaster infusion 110 induction cooker endless faults and 2 visits eventually after weeks of calling. Customer service is shocking and I was expecting more from a £4000 cooker. The induction doesn’t even cook everything in a pan properly with one side of the pan uncooked even though the pan is dead centre of the ring. The oven door wasn’t seated correctly the drawer at the bottom comes off the hinge every time it’s opened. Never again will I buy what I thought would be a quality cooker plus the attitude of the customer service was oh well.

Firstly it is great that Rangemaster have a direct line to a person, without having to jump through hoops ! Agata responded straight away and provided information as confirmed by a technician. Great service, refreshing in today's world!
