Very bad, they are taking their time with the payout, I guess only language which they understand is the language when the lawyer is involved and a case has been filed. Otherwise answering the phone was fast, help with information not so.
Rather stay away from insurances like this.

This company has grown so big that they have lost touch with why they are there. Internal communication is at an all time low. They try to steal payments for cars that you no longer own and will not admit that they have a problem.
Edit: once again I phoned this number, waited for 38 minutes (due to all the angry customers) and got nowhere with the telephonist.

After one month, I'm still waiting for an appointment and cost estimate from the body shop. Customer service is terrible. They either ignore emails or take days to respond. Then they simply say 'the shop is busy, there's nothing we can do' and 'your vehicle probably won't be repaired for another 4-6 weeks'. I was an accident-free customer for years, this experience caused me to change insurance providers. Take it from me: avoid WGV!
