Still awaiting my goods
Two weeks since ordering and yet to receive goods. Had I known they used Evri probably wouldn’t have ordered. Goods have for last 7 days been in an Evri depot with promise of next day delivery. Contacting UO was an AI assistant and chat was circular , eventually it offered to get a human involved. This human has yet to resolve the matter. Not the online experience offered by other retailers that I have used.

The service was great
The service was great. The people were really helpful and friendly except for the person who was working in the trying section that one was rude and looked pissed of by my presence. I don’t know why. But except that it was great.

Gift card arrived late
A gift card ordered on Next Day service took 6 days to arrive!
So arrived too late for recipient’s birthday.
Apparently they take several days to process before despatch, so beware if need quickly.
You would assume that they would have plenty in stock and just need to upload the amount on it and despatch same or next day.
Couldn’t speak to an actual person, just online ‘chat’ so couldn’t even get an indication of when it was going to be despatched, so ended up having to go out and buy something else at the last minute.
Once it did eventually arrive however, it was well presented in a nice envelope.

I haven’t gotten any updates about my package since I ordered it, it’s been 10 days and it still says TBD and that provider hasn’t picked up my order so I’m confused if my order is going to get sent or if it’s on its way and the tracking isn’t updated

Never received it. Reported it via email as I was waiting ages on chat and still haven't heard anything back. I complained to the delivery service and they responded but I guess UO dont feel I need a refund or a reply. It's only £25 but it's a lot for me.
