Extremely comprehensive online shop that gives access to great quality brands not otherwise easily available in the UK. The customer service team is first rate and helped to resolve quickly an error I made in placing an order. All goods arrived and the quality was as good as I had hoped. One item had to be returned and this was completely hassle free.

The items delivered were exactly as ordered at a competitive price. However the process was let down by the first attempt to fulfil the order resulting in it getting lost. Royal Mail seemed to be waiting for Timarco to deliver the item to them. Once Customer Service was notified a replacement order was dispatch. Again there seemed to be a long wait between the order being set as dispatched and its receipt by Royal Mail.

Never received goods,chased them up to no avail so asked for refund in the end!!

Royal Mail lost my initial order and Timarco contacted me before I even knew there was an issue, they let me know that my order had gone missing and that they'd already sent out a replacement order. When it arrived an incorrect item had been sent and they sorted it out immediately with no fuss whatsoever. Genuine products at great prices and first-rate customer service, what more could you ask for!
