Paid 3-year service contract customer ignored. Booked appointment on Aug 17 at 07:30 AM (Order #515143461) at Odense M was missed because shop was closed. Store staff incorrectly claimed they were open and told me to change oil myself. Extremely disappointed."

I have looked into the matter further and can see that the workshop registered the appointment as a no-show because they did not note that the vehicle was not dropped off at the agreed time.
I can also see that you subsequently contacted our customer service about the matter. Our colleague experienced the dialogue as difficult, and you began shouting. We would like to inform you that we do not accept this.
